Avoid this company. Their communication is poor at best. I hired him to wrap my facia boards with aluminum. He came and did the job. About a week later I noticed a portion of the wrap is not tucked under the eve strip. He was supposed to come and do a different job for me, so I was going to tell him about it. He canceled on me for a medical issue. It was rescheduled again and he never showed. The last time I have heard from Mr. Richard was July 15th. His wife emailed me back on the 21st and stated he had a medical issue. I gave it a week and reached back out. No communication whatsoever. She is not answering anymore of my emails, he is not answering my calls or texts. I just want him to make right what is wrong with the work he did. I stand by this review. I contacted him via call, text, and email after his response. That was a month ago. I have yet to hear from him. He is not good for his word.

Very unprofessional and uncommunicative. They did a repair incorrectly and were supposed to come to fix it and unfortunately the day they were supposed to come, it was raining and they have not responded since to either my husband or me and we have left several voicemails as well as text messages that have shown “read” with no response.

Roof flashing protects vulnerable areas where different roofing surfaces meet or where roof components intersect. Repair work may involve replacing damaged flashing around chimneys, vents, valleys, or other transitions and ensuring the surrounding materials are properly sealed. Compared with leaving deteriorated flashing in place, targeted repairs help maintain the roof's overall weather protection. Careful installation is important because these areas require precise fitting and sealing. A completed flashing repair contributes to the long-term maintenance and performance of the roofing system.

Working with Justin was such an easy experience. He came out the same day I called to check the repairs needed on our roof. Not only did he come out the same day, but he repaired it the same day. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and great with communication. I would highly recommend him for any roofing needs.

Highly Recommend! Repair and response time was great! This was a significant improvement in Contractor Roof Repair services as compared to my experience from Laura and Delta roof damage repair. Justin Richard Roofing will be my first call for any future roof repair.

I recently hired Justin for a leak issue I’ve been dealing with for quite some time. Called him up one morning and he made time to come to the house to check out the situation. He resolved it later that day. I appreciated Justin’s clear communication throughout the process. I also appreciated the timely manner of inspecting the job and completing it the same day. Best of all, he provided me a 2 year leak warranty, which gave me a big peace of mind. I would hire Justin Richard Roofing LLC again should I need more repair.

We called Justin to repair a leak on our metal shop/rv cover. We played phone tag a few times and finally got our scheduling right. He was courteous, thorough and completed the job quickly. We will definitely be contacting him in the future for any repairs we need.
