This review is a result of receiving an outrageous estimate. The estimate received from Jorgensen was 81% (yes 81%!!!) higher than another reputable company. It is insulting that they are willing to take people's hard earned money that way. We are a row of 4 townhouses. They would make their money they deserve and then an extra $10,000 between the 4 of us. The process and product selection is comparable. This is just a reminder to consumers, GET 3 ESTIMATES!

Not the greatest people to deal with. Didn't seem to care much about providing a quote, when other roofing companies we're quick to respond and help.

We are sorry to hear that your experience didn't match what it should have been, please take the time to engage us at jorgensenroof@bellnet.ca. There have been many restrictions during covid that made things a little interesting and are mostly now over. We would like the opportunity to make things right!

I called Jorgensen to get a quote on installing some eavestroughing. After receiving the quote, I had to call them back four times to schedule the actual job, and then they never showed up. I called back one more time, and then finally canceled the contract when they still didn't show up. Apparently some jobs *are* too small.

We hired Jorgensen Roofing to repair our vent, after it was torn off by an animal. They promptly contacted us, attended our house for a quote, and advised us that we needed to replace the roof. Their level of care and commitment was more than we expected. We are also very happy with our new roof. We would highly recommend Jorgensen Roofing to other homeowners in the Ottawa area.

Had a really great experience with this company. You can tell right away it’s a family-owned business that truly cares about their work and their customers. The team was professional, honest, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and they left everything clean and organized afterward. It’s not always easy to find a company you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality roofing work

We had Jorgensen Roofing Ltd replace our roof with Timberline HDZ Barkwood Shingles. From quotation to completion, everything was done professionally. The estimator arrived with a full schematic of the roof, actually put up a ladder, checked the particulars and replaced 2 torn shingles at no cost. On roofing day the 5 man crew arrived punctually, and completed most of the roof as they had advised me beforehand. A 2 man crew completed the remainder of the shingling, flashing, and chimney capping the next day. They disposed of nails, old shingles and debris as they worked and made an extra sweep of the house perimeter before leaving. I absolutely recommend this roofing contractor.

We hired Jorgensen to replace our shingles, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough, and for a small section of metal roof on our house as well as on our shed. Upon beginning to remove our shingles, they discovered that our roof deck was rotting, so they ended up replacing that in its entirety as well. I can’t recommend Jorgensen enough. They were thoroughly professional, clearly experts in their field, and left us with a beautiful result. Ours was a large and multifaceted job and I had full confidence throughout that it was being handled by the best. A big thank you to Steve, who graciously put up with our flip flopping on exactly which direction we’d like to go, and to the talented team of ladies and gents who completed our project.

Jorgensen did my roof in 2024; It needed roof sheathing, shingles, vents, flashing, rafter baffles and they did a great job. Very happy with the speed and quality of the work.
