  Skylight has leaked since day 1. A guy came twice with no success of fixing it. Either fix it or you will be replacing all the rotting wood you have caused.

  3 tries to get a call back and a no show when they finally scheduled. Typical small business, highly unorganized and unapologetic.

  I have been trying to get work started on my roof for months. Zero communication without me being the one to call. Was giving a start date and time. They didn't show. Called and was told they would be there that day and they still didn't show. Communication is so poor I actually had to follow a work truck until it stopped just to talk to someone. I would not recommend them.

  We are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. In this situation, you hired us to do your roof. At that time, you indicated that you did not want the additional work to be done to add the roof to wall connections (hurricane clips). We assume you were happy with the roof itself, as we were not made aware of any complaints you may have had. Since adding the clips in after a roof is completed is a much more difficult task, we let you know that it has to be worked in. Since you had a completed new roof, we had to attend to issues of actively leaking roofs, pending insurance lapses, etc. Your additional work was not less important, but with resources spread for those reasons, it was going to be some time before your additional work could be addressed. We are also aware there was a lack of communication on our part. Please call us if you are willing. We would love to work with you to resolve your issues. Thank You Jimmy Jones

  They did my 94 year old grandma's house and left Totten top panels and only did the front half of the flashing on the house and when asked why they did that they said if I knew the price of it then I would understand. Extremely mad about it cause she wasn't able to watch them. And then was told that about the work that was done. If you have work done by these people make sure you pay your own inspection cause the inspector they pay will tell you the same thing they do. My grandmother payed out of pocket for this. You're more than welcome to email me and I will send pics of their work.

  If this is your vehicle in the image, whoever the driver is needs to consider taking a driving test again. A red light means stop, not blaze thru it. Could have killed someone.   We had our roof installed in 2016. Within the year we had a leak in the back room. I probably called 15 times with no response. Finally called Gayle the salesman and he had someone come out and repair the roof and fix the ceiling. We have had our second leak for over a year and they wont call us back. I have called, texted, and emailed. I have sent pictures and they refuse to call us back. We have a 30 year warranty...that apparently is not worth the paper it's printed on. I am at a loss. The leak is only getting worse.

  The roof is of decent quality, but the business owner is a hateful man. He walked into the home in an aggressive manner and was wretched to an elderly woman, demanding payment from her… to be clear, it was not her payment to make and he entered the home without permission. Do not recommend.

  Took care of my clients massive nearly 4k sqft home in only 2 days and we had rain delays!!! Product is amazing and thorough. The clean up is detailed as well. I couldn't even tell that they were there. Will use again soon!

  Jones Roofing, Inc. did an outstanding job on my roof from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. They also made sure everything was cleaned up meticulously when the job was done.   New roof looks great! Done in one day. Moved what needed to be protected, covered ground with tarps to contain debris and nails. Cleaned up afterwards. Very polite crew. EXCELLENT price! Will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you Jimmy Jones!

  We were recently messed over by a solar company and they ruined our roof so we called Jones roofing and they did a wonderful job they were on time and the job looks great they took it very seriously and now we no longer have a leaking roof thank God!

  Mr Jones came to my house and gave me an estimate right away and had me on the schedule within 2 days. The guys were professional and had my roof repaired quickly and showed all the repairs that they performed on the repair. I can't be more pleased with their efficiency.

  I was very happy with Jones Roofing. the team arrived early to get ready to do new roof. My 14 yr old fur child "Frasier" was prepared to supervisor from the window. The team was amazing , worked hard, friendly. End of day, i had an amazing new roof that looked great with my brick color. Thank you Dwayne and team for job well done and communication

  Jones Roofing Inc. has been there for my roofing needs more than once and I would recommend anyone to make them your first choice if needing any roof work done. Locally owned and best prices by far. The quality of work is exactly want you want. Not to mention they don't put you off for months. They gave me a quote on my roof, I couldn't turn it down, and the following Friday I come home and they are knocking it out. not just the roof, but soffit, and fascia. The best part about Jones Roofing for me is that they go above and beyond. I just had my roof done by them but had some wood decay on my back door frame. I took a chance and asked the owner if he could help me out, the next day he was out there personally to take care of it. Just a stand up company. I mean it, don't waste your time calling and getting quotes, I promise ,as someone who has had Jones do 2 different roofs for me, you will not find a better price, time frame, or quality of work.
