This man made my mom cry because he said he cant warrant a fix and its not his fault the roof is broken after he “fixed it” and then said they have a 5 year warranty do not service this man

We were called out to fix someone else’s job. The original job was poorly done. We do not warranty work done to repairs like this. Today (Sunday) we were called out (pouring rain) and told to fix, we cannot fix the problem in the poring rain. We asked her to wait a day or two and we would again look at it. She said then she would get someone else. Again, we never did the work originally, which was a complete An extremely rude customer.

Leo and Mike were absolutely wonderful to work with. They replaced the roofing tiles that had blown off and also fixed a leak that had been causing concern. They are very professional and always responsive. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend them. Thank you both for your excellent service!

Leo and his team did an excellent job replacing my roof. Very efficient and helpful. The roof was installed as promised and they did it ahead of schedule! No additional/hidden charges. Very nice people to deal with.

My experience with Jones Roofing in Lethbridge was excellent. From the initial request for a quote to completion of the job,the owner and his crew were professional in every aspect. The job was completed and site cleaned to a level which exceeded my expectations. It is obvious they are pros,as it takes a strong and professional team to be in business as long as they have.I will not hesitate passing their name on to my freinds and family for future roofing needs. I don't have words to express how happy I am with the job that this company has done for me. From dealing with Leo to get the quote to their amazing crew that did the work. Their service is above and beyond. I see why they have been in business for so many years. They were here on time and worked hard to get the job done. They even left my yard cleaner than when they started. Thank you so much!!! My neighbors even commented on the job that the crew did, how very professional and skilled that they are. I would recommend Jones Roofing a hundred times over. Thank a million times over!!!!! Sandra

We hired Jones roofing to replace our roof on the house and Garage, Mr Jensen and his crew arrived early one morning to start on the house with a small army of workers who stripped our roof of its old shingles and had the house completely done in one day! The next morning a couple of fellas tackled the garage and again finished the garage in record time! The boys did a great job, they cleaned the gutters they raked up any bits of shingles and all the nails that we left from the tear off, when talking to Leo I told him how impressed I was with the job they did and how quick it was and he told me that they hand nailed every shingle ! I couldn't beleive it when I asked why with all the modern air tools he pointed out that when you use a air nailer you don't always hit wood when using an air nailer so when doing by hand you Know exactly if the nail has been in contact with the wood as it should be to be done properly,. I highly recommend JONES ROOFING for all your roofing needs. They are efficient, great workmanship done in a timely manner, cost effective and most of all very personable,. Thank you Leo, Mike and Russ for the great job, I don't have pictures worth sharing because my roof is covered in snow but will add some when the weather permits.
