  Worked with many contractors in Victoria, B.C. over the years; however, my experience (on a gutter job) with Jones Exteriors was by far the WORST to this day (from a quality and behavior perspective). Later on found out from a neighbour that their experience with Jones was equally unpleasant. I would never recommend or ever use again Jones Exteriors, and simply preferred to pay another contractor to rectify Jones’ poor performance even though my gutters are technically under warranty for 5 years.

  My neighbours engaged the services of this company. The contractor parked in front of (completely blocking) my driveway. My neighbours asked them to please move out of the way. When I tried to enter my driveway, the individual told me I could not park in my driveway because they were doing work and I had to find another place. I shouted from inside my car (we are on a busy street) to move because I needed my driveway (I had a baby and groceries to unload). He continued to yell and swear at me and call me names while they moved the van. When I got out of my car, he continued to mock and make fun of me from the road. I admit, I lost my cool and gave the guy the finger- my bad. I did not use their services, but after this interaction, I would be extremely concerned about having these men work at my house or business. Edit: my neighbour has informed me that the man in question is the proprietor. Yikes!

  Hello, It is to our great disappointment that the interactions with our Service Personnel were not what one would want to arrive home too in any circumstance.   There was a delay in booking the project but once on site everything went smoothly and there was minimal disruption to my office. I would recommend Shaun and his team and will have them treat my roof again for moss buildup. Thanks again!

  Our strata building is quite steep, many companies in the past were never able to clean out all the gutters which caused damage and a lot of build up. Jones Exteriors did not have this issue! The got all the moss off, which had built up quite a bit over the years, cleaned all the gutters and even repaired the damaged ones! When I first contacted them for a quote they came quick and were great to work with. The owner Shaun came by to discuss the scope of work to make sure I fully understood what was going on. Highly recommended this company for all your roofing needs!

  Superb outfit. Very competitive pricing and even better value-for-money. Expertly cleaned our gutters, inside and out, and also demossed our roofs — safely, swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend Cory & crew’s great company that is (critically) fully insured and WorkSafe smart and clearance certificate compliant.

  Jones Exteriors installed our new gutters and the company was great to work with, including the install itself as well as clean up after the project wrapped. The lead was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. It was a big job (whole house, old house) with some tricky aspects but they problem-solved and did a wonderful job getting it done.
