I was driving home today and almost got into an accident with one of their vehicles. His road rage continued up rivers rd and to 26. I had my child in the car with me. Don’t drive a vehicle with your business name on it if you’re going to be driving recklessly end dangerously.

I met Phillip Lieber to discuss home improvement projects. He was extremely rude to me; would not listen to my concerns and I would not recommend.

Johnson’s apologizes for this interaction. While we do not provide home improvement services, this experience does not reflect our team. We hope you can understand.

We use this roofer for a Novant Health property in Charlotte NC. Their work ethic, quality of service, and responsiveness is unmatched by any roofer in the Charlotte, NC area. We are so grateful to work with Chase Down, Phillip Lieber, and Kendra Bartlett. A+ quality!

My husband works here and they are always out-bidded by some larger company who goes in and rushes work, then after everything falls apart w/ other companies or a leak can't be found...JOHNSON'S ROOFING IS CALLED OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM, AND THEY ALWAYS DO! THIS COMPANY IS NUMBER 1 IN FINDING AND FIXING LEAKS AND WITH THEIR UN-RUSHED QUALITY OF WORK!
What Johnson's Roofing Service, Inc. says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Family owned
“…As a family-owned company, we build lasting…”
Their site also states: states years in business.
Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 23 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 23, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
