  John & Sons Roof Repair was wonderful to work with. Wyatt and Micah came out the same day after I called for an estimate on exterior and roofing work in Jacksonville. They took time to inspect the house, measure everything carefully, and explain the different roofing materials, repair options, and the benefits and quality of each one in simple terms with no pressure at all. We received a clear quote quickly and were able to get the job scheduled without any hassle. Before the planned exterior work started, we noticed a small roof leak after heavy Florida rain and heat had already put some wear on the shingles. Wyatt came back out, checked the full roof system, and helped us decide that a full roof replacement would be the best long term fix for our home. The crew did excellent work, the workmanship was solid, and the whole process felt easy from start to finish. They kept the job site clean, picked up all debris, and left our property looking neat when the work was done. My wife and I highly recommend them, and we keep getting compliments on how great our house looks now.

  I want to give a big shoutout to this roofing company. After two other roofers could not solve our roof leak, this team finally found the real problem and fixed it the right way. They also did a great job matching our shingles so the repair blends in well with the rest of the roof. Ashton and Wyatt were very professional, skilled, and easy to talk to. They explained each step clearly, answered our questions, and shared photos during the repair so we could see exactly what was being done. What felt like a small roofing job to some was a very important repair to us, and they treated it with care and attention from start to finish. The crew was respectful of our home and property, worked carefully in the Florida heat, and cleaned up all debris after the roofing work was completed.   Jaime did an outstanding job on our roofing project. He replaced the full roof on our home, carport, and garage with quality GAF shingles and made the whole process easy to understand. He also worked closely with the insurance company, clearly showing the roof damage and explaining what needed to be covered. Without his help, I do not think the claim would have gone through as smoothly. He upgraded our gutter guards too, installing a much better system that actually works well during Jacksonville rain and storms. Jaime stayed involved from start to finish, spending time on site and up on the roof making sure every part of the install was done the right way. His attention to detail, workmanship, and knowledge of roofing really stand out. Everything was cleaned up properly, the new roof looks great, and the quality gives us real peace of mind. For any future roof repair or replacement, he would be the only person I would trust. Easily the best roofing contractor I have ever worked with.
