  After discovering a leak in our roof we sent an email to this company to request a service call for a repair. The response we got from Daniel Lansard was “we can’t get at it right away”.

  We said we can’t get to it right away. We’re just too busy with the windstorms and rain. Tons of calls coming in. Why would you leave a 1 star review when we never did work for you.

  Had a repair done by this company one year ago, upon inspection by a different company we were told the repair done had caused more damage and the entire roof will need to be re-done. I reached out to the owner of JJs roofing and was very polite about the situation explaining I wish that these concerns were brought to my attention at the time he was up for repair, as he only did one repair it would have been professional for him to inform me of the other areas needing attention or replacement. If he had kindly done so at the time we may have hired them to replace all the shingles. Instead it went unknown to myself and my partner for over a year, thankfully no damage beyond shingles occurred. When I reached out the owner was beyond rude with his response, stating my repair from a year ago was not worth his time. If you are looking for someone to thoroughly examine things before doing a quick patch job I highly suggest you look elsewhere as they will not take the time to explain things to you until it is too late. As shown below “this complaint of yours for a $210 repair for a roof that was badly installed is not even worth my time” is a very unprofessional response in this situation as I was only expressing that I feel mistreated using their service as I was not informed of these other problems back when they did the repair.

  Was an improperly installed roof when house was built. Was a bad brand shingles which has been discontinued for 10 years. When got there to do the repair was obvious that there had been several wind damage repairs before us. All we did was fill in 2 tabs that were blown off and are not responsible for all the previous repairs that were done before us. We always give the the choice to repair it for 200.00 to 509.00 or do the whole roof for 12,000.00 . They always choose the repair.

  Contacted JJ's to do a quote on my property for insurance because a tornado hit down and damaged my shingles. JJ's told the insurance company the completely incorrect age of my shingles and said falsely that it's just age and sun damage. He didn't even remember me telling him about the tornado that touched down nearby or the mass hail and windstorm, unreal. Absolutely untrue and unacceptable information that he provided. Because of his poor reply and little to no care about explaining (but he did falsely) how the the damage occurred now insurance is not covering it. Beware and find a more professional company. When trying to discuss this with him he just hung up. Cowardly and unprofessional. EDIT: to clarify their very odd and unprofessional reply, they came to quote my property and provided me with a quote via email. After a month and a half delay because of JJ's stating it was not hail damage, the insurance adjuster sent out their own contractor who confirmed it was indeed hail and wind damage. Very slanderous response about "insurance fraud"and not true whatsoever.

I’m 63 years old and I’ve been roofing with my dad since I was a kid. I know what a worn out shingle looks like. JJ’s Roofing will not have anything to do with insurance fraud. Daniel JJ’s Roofing

  Out of 4 companies called JJ's was the only one with compassion and showed up. My fascia was broken down and water was coming through my windows. Big THANK YOU to JJ's for their quick, quality service.

  Hired them to replace shingles on my mother's house and garage. The experience was amazing. The level of experienced install, care and attention, cleanup, etc. is rarely if ever seen these days. Highly recommended and would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible. In a world full of choices, this would be the only one as it relates to roofing.

  Jordan and his Dad Daniel were great they were able to accommodate my concern for water running down the chimney. The collar had slipped down around the chimney allowing water to run down into the furnace. Jordan caulked around the collar as well as all the nails around all of the vents. Great peace of mind.

  Great work took care to catch debris taking off the old shingles and we're very efficient in putting on the new. Went around with a magnet to pick any roofing nails that didn't land in the tarps. Shingles look great and this company is easy n pleasant to deal with

  I contacted a few local companies for a small shingle patch job. Daniel responded and schedule in no time at all. Jordi showed up on schedule and had our patch done with before and after photo's. Pricing was very fair. You really can't beat local family owned businesses like this. I highly recommend them!
