Don't talk with Brian. He will make an appointment with you and won't show up. He will leave you hanging all day, with out a call or text. When you call him back, he'll give you multiple excuses, reschedule and once again, won't show up at the next date. This is what you call a Mickey Mouse company. Horrible communication and very bad professionalism.

Buyer beware. I have hired this company to do maintenance work on my roof and to my complete disappointment they missed a problem on one side of the roof resulting in a leak and damage. It was a very expensive maintenance job and I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to warn other customers.

Absolutely fantastic team from start to finish! Jose and his son Bryan are incredibly experienced, responsive, professional, and transparent with the entire process. We needed a roof replacement, unsure of the actual requirements, Bryan clearly identified all of the areas to consider during a survey. This helped realize the full scope of the job instead of an unexpected surprise. The entire process took less than two weeks which included permits, contracts, full rip of the entire roof and gutters and copper craftmanship. His team onsite daily was courteous and respectful and any minor adjustments were communicated clearly and handled. We have received so many compliments on the beautiful result. We are so glad we used JJP Contracting for this job and will use them again for all of our home improvement projects!

Great experience! We needed our water table (the bottom piece of siding) replaced around the entire exterior perimeter of our house due to rotting wood. We received several quotes — and had over seven companies refuse to do just the repair, …

Had an unfortunate incident due to the snow storm - my gazebo couldn’t hold the weight of the snow and it collapsed! Luckily, Bryan and his crew came out the very same day and hauled the mess away. Great quote, great service, and great execution. Will definitely use them again in the future for more projects.

José Brian and team provide exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. The team is always responsive and courteous. The quality of work is first class and detail oriented. Our experience with JJP was wonderful from the beginning for the rebuild of the outside of our house, including siding, roof, gutters, roof caps, portico, and exterior door replacement. Jose and Bryan provided critical design/build advice. The teams expertise in metal work, including roof, chimney caps, and vents is a real value add for our house. Our experience with JJP was over and above our expectations. A big thank you to a team based upon culture and exceptionalism.

Very nice guys to deal with but lacking when it comes to the details. Take lots of pictures of windows, screens, and siding. Damage does happen. Wasn't rectified to our satisfaction.

I had an outstanding experience with JJP Contracting Unlimited Inc! From start to finish, they were extremely efficient, organized, and punctual. The crew worked hard, respected the property, and completed the job right on schedule. The new roof looks absolutely beautiful—the quality of their work really stands out. A special shoutout to Jose, the owner, and his son Bryan —they were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They gave us great advice on how to enhance the overall look of the roof, suggesting some high-quality materials that really made a difference. The end result is stunning—our roof doesn’t just look new, it looks exceptional. They clearly take pride in their work, only use the best materials, and genuinely care about their customers.
