After a major storm, several homes in our neighborhood needed roofing work. Despite being busy, this company kept communication clear and provided realistic timelines. They followed through on every promise and completed the repairs with great attention to detail. The finished work blends seamlessly with the existing roof.

I've worked with many roofing companies and these folks are by far the best. Very communicative, timely and fairly priced. The roof issue was immediately identified and fixed. There was no upselling. Need a competent, honest roofer? Look no further.

I noticed water dripping only during heavy rain, which made it hard to pinpoint. They arrived in the afternoon and spent time testing different roof sections with controlled water flow. That’s how they found a cracked seam near an old repair patch. The fix wasn’t just sealing; they replaced a small section of underlayment too. It took longer than I expected, but the explanation made sense. One minor delay happened with material pickup, but they returned the same day and finished properly. No leaks since then even in back-to-back storms.

I hired Jet Renovations to build a rooftop deck off my master bedroom and install French doors for access. While we did need to adjust the scope along the way—which required a small additional investment—the final result was absolutely everything I had envisioned and more. Alex was extremely responsive from the start, quickly scheduling an in-person visit, providing a clear quote, and moving the project forward without delays. The work was initiated and completed in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship truly shows. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Jet Renovations. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Alex again for future projects.

Exceptional service, quality craftsmanship, and professionalism. Just a few descriptions to describe our experience. We had storm damage to our siding and bay window. They were so patient through the process of dealing with our insurance company. We are planning to use their services again in the future. Thank you!
