  Potential customers, be aware of this company. Jersey Roofing LLC visited my new construction home and provided an estimate. I signed a contract with a 30% deposit and we scheduled the installation date. On the installation day, Jersey Roofing contacted me to say they couldn't do the job and offered additional money if I allowed them to cancel the contract. Needing the roof urgently, I declined their offer, but they still texted that they were canceling the job and they would refund my deposit. Their reason was that I had siding installed, although nothing had changed since their initial inspection and estimate. Before I signed the contract, they claimed to be the best in the area, promising excellent work as one of the few Owens Corning platinum contractors. I repeatedly stressed the urgency due to frequent rain. I requested to speak with the owner but received no response. Two days has passed and there was no communication about when and how they are going to refund my money. Additionally, after canceling the job, they entered my property illegally through a locked fence without my consent, which was recorded on my security camera.

  I had a fantastic experience working with this roofing company. From the initial estimate through project completion, the entire team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. The pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and there were no surprises along the way. Everything was clearly explained upfront, including the scope of work, materials, timeline, and warranty coverage. Their transparency and honesty gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. A special thank you to Eric, the foreman, who did an outstanding job overseeing the installation. The crew was punctual, hardworking, and paid close attention to quality and detail. I also want to recognize Greg, the manager, for his excellent communication and customer service. He was responsive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. The workmanship was excellent, the installation was completed efficiently, and the warranty provided great peace of mind. It's refreshing to work with a company that does what they say they will do and truly values its customers. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof or roofing repairs.

  Kudos to Greg, Andy and their super-skilled installers for the flawless replacement of my decking, ice-and-water shield and shingles. New roof looks great and promises to be free of algae/moss--and the price was right. These guys are the real deal!
