  Lowe's contracted Jeff Woods Construction to do my roof and they put new decking and shingles on rotten trusses creating a 14 foot long dip in the roof without telling anyone and then said it wasn't their job to fix it. I have been waiting almost two months for this to be resolved and can't get anyone to call me back after spending almost $9000 get anyone else to do your work dealing with this contractor continues to be a nightmare. Wish I could give them no stars.

  We appreciate you sharing your concerns, but we do want to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review. This roof project took place in September of 2020 and was purchased directly through Lowe’s, who managed the sale, contract, and customer service. Jeff Woods Construction was only assigned as the installation subcontractor at that time. Recently, the original reviewer edited this years-old review, which caused it to appear at the top of our page again. We understand it can be frustrating when issues arise, and we always encourage customers to contact the company they purchased from so matters can be addressed through the proper channels. Unfortunately, because this project was not contracted directly with Jeff Woods Construction, we were not in a position to manage or resolve the warranty or structural concerns. While we can’t change the experience you had years ago, our company today operates solely under direct contracts with our customers so we can ensure quality control and clear communication from start to finish.

  I stopped by the shop of Jeff Woods Construction to talk with them concerning some work I needed on my home. Albeit a fairly small job it would amount to between $1000-$2000 parts and labor. The office lady I talked with was encouraging, stating even being a fairly small job, JWC could possibly squeeze it in between larger jobs they had. She informed me that the person who handles estimates would contact me and come to my home within a couple of days. He would usually come between 5pm & 7pm. I was foolish enough to wait around for his call as none ever came. If the job is too small for JWC to handle, man up JWC and tell me so. I'm 75yo and man enough to understand and thank you. Instead y'all chose the cowardly way out. No response. Mr Woods, keep your business ... I don't do work with those who lie and show disrespect for others.

  We have a beautiful view, but never fully enjoyed it until we got our fully screened in 3 season patio. Special thanks to Rick, who was checking in with us the whole time, and also Rafael and his entire crew. The nicest, hardworking group of guys I’ve ever seen. Very talented!

  I want to compliment Jeff Woods Construction for the prompt and excellent work done on my property at 18 Amesbury Court in Fairfield Glade. Tyler in your roofing department did an outstanding job: He listened on the phone to my description of a tree on my roof, inspected the roof in person, and quoted the tree removal and roof repairs within hours. The job was done the next day. The work and price were completely to my satisfaction. Thank you!

  I had a cable rail system and automated shades done by Jeff Woods Construction on our new home. I highly recommend calling Rick and his team . They have pulled all the stops to insure the projects turned out better than expected.

  Our new roof looks great. Tyler answered all our questions during the sales cycle and the installation crew chief was very accomodating. The crew did a good job and worked long and hard to get the job done in just a few days. Thanks guys!

  Great work. Showed up when they said and knocked out our roof in a day. They have done 5 buildings in our condo development. Tyler was good to work with and everything he committed to was completed. These guys are the real deal.

  The folks and Jeff Woods couldn’t be more professional! Did a superb job. I had 4 quotes, they were the highest and I felt good about that from the jump. I’m glad I spent a bit more because I know it’s done right! Tyler will shoot you straight and will follow up to perfection!

  We recently had our roof replaced by Jeff Woods Roofing. It was such a wonderful experience dealing with their professional team. Tyler helped us every step of the way and the roof was done in a very timely manner. The roofing crew were very neat as well.
