We set up three different appointments with Jody Bailey for an estimate on a roof repair. Each time he promised to meet with us, he failed to show up. No call, no text, no nothing. He repeated this behavior after asking us to give him …

This is not normal business practice for us and unfortunately this did happen for two appointments that I had with this gentleman. J B's Roofing is going through a transitionally stage that started with a new son, a recent move to atascadero, a new office manager, and an expansion of the business. We are doing are best to meet the demand created by our high quality roof installations and excellent customer service for thousands of satisfied customers over 16 years of being in business on the central coast, and are making adjustments to handle this workload. It will get worked out.. For this particular gentleman, my son was very sick yesterday, and I forgot to touch bases with James as my mind was distracted. The time before that, I was very ill. We will strive to not let this occur again in the future, but once in a while we make mistakes, just not on the roof. Jody Bailey/JB's Roofing

We've worked with Jody twice, at two different houses. He and his team do great work! We are very satisfied with the results and have had no problems in the years since the roof installation.

Jody did a great job on my roof and fence. He took his time making sure that everything was done correctly. The roof required your typical replacement, but also repairing skylights and woodworking of fascia/support boards, which were all professionally done. His rates were very reasonable. With the rainstorms, he even came on the weekend to make sure that everything was ok. Highly recommended roofer and person to do business with.

Jody provided the roofing component of our recent Sunrun solar installation. Having done a number of remodels in our lifetimes, my wife and I were most impressed by not only the quality of the work, but also the cleanliness of the …

Jody was professional and accommodating in inspecting my roof for leaks. He answered all of my questions and his expertise helped solve our issue. I expected good service due to his great reviews, but he went above and beyond.

Jody was very personable and great to work with. He came up with good roofing ideas to save us money. He only recommended things that I really needed. He also worked with the solar company to coordinate the installation to ensure the solar panels was as well as possible. In the end, the re-roof looked perfect and the wife was happy. I highly recommend!

JB's Roofing replaced the asphalt shingle roof on our house and detached garage ahead of having solar installed. From the estimate through closing out the project, this was the most painless contractor experience I've ever had. …

They came out in the rain to put a temporary fix on my roof leak and when the weather finally allowed, they came right out and did maintenance on my whole roof. His prices are amazing and you won't find a more hardworking individual that truly cares for his customers. He didn't have to come out on his day off, in the rain, but he did and that speaks volumes about him and his company. I will use him again in a heartbeat if the need arises.

Re-roofed our home, including removal and disposal of old roofing. Showed up everyday until job was completed. Final cost was the same as the original proposal, What more could you ask for?
