The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for JAE construction inc.. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Eric and Joel provided excellent service. They were both very friendly and did some urgent work on my roof while I waited for a replacement. They gave me great advice on choosing shingles, and the whole process was easy. They put tarps all around the house to keep the area as clean as possible. I highly recommend them!

I had the flat part of my roof done, and I really liked the description of the work, the answers to my questions, the photos during the work, and the follow-up afterwards because this part leaked during heavy rain! I recommend them.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 42 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 42, of which 36 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
