  This company as well as its sister organization, Best Value Homes LLC, took a 2/3 deposit on roof repair job. They spent three months of giving me the runaround, not answering may calls, texts or emails. I had to threaten them on three occasions a lawsuit to complete the task. Afterward, they left construction debris in my yard which again I had to hunt them down to remove. After the job was completed, they demanded immediate payment on the remaining balance due. I wouldn't recommend these guys to build a birdhouse for you.

  Totally terrible experience! The gutters were not put back on during the process, the roof is lifting because the facia was ripped off and not replaced. The owner was extremely lacking in responding or trying to rectify the situation and just kept making excuses to run out the warranty time. I was even told I could take him to court but he would never pay if the judgement was in my favor. Certified letters were not accepted; very poor business practices.

  Came out on a Sunday in sub zero temperatures to clear ice dams from my roof. Would give a better rating, but they talked me into filing an insurance claim so they could jack their price up. Then James' buddy the claim adjuster closed the claim saying that they wouldn't pay out because there wasn't enough damage to my house and stopped taking my calls.

  Revising my previous review. We found that some areas of our project did not get done and when we reach out to get those areas finished, we are told they will stop by and fix it. We have contacted them multiple times… and no one has come by to fix the issue. Plus we are still picking up nails that the rain washes out of our gutters. It has been nearly a year already.

  Came within a couple days of being called to give an estimate. Very knowledgeable and felt comfortable going forward after talking. Able to replace the entire roof in a single day. Very competitive price. Thank you!

  Shoddy workmanship. Leaking skylights. Didnt honor their warranty. Doesnt use his last name or address. Even had to write the checks to another person because he doesnt have a checking account. Numerous complaints on MT State Consumer Protection Agency and Better Business Bureau.
