  Awful experience.had them “repair” part of the roof. Roof still leaks. Siding repair was sloppy and incomplete. Workers left a mess. Chris did not follow through. Don’t use them.

  That is not how the job looked when we left. Customer supplied old leftover siding found in barn. We explained to him that we would do the best we could with what we were supplied with. He indicated he was fine with using old siding because he was mainly concerned with fixing the leaks in the wall and would be renovating the exterior in the near future. He was satisfied with the job and paid in full. As far as the roof goes, we explained to the customer that the leak is originating from the chimney, possibly where the mortar joints have been repaired with caulk. We offered to return to the job and reconcile his issues and to recommend our preferred mason. Customer will not respond to emails or return phone calls.

  We were having overflow issues with our gutters in certain areas around the house. Jon pointed out our gutters were too small to handle the water flow. The gutter guys came out & did a great job installing the new ones.

  I had part of my roof replaced. Zach worked long hours to get it done between rain storms. I do wish he would have texted when he was coming and when he was leaving.

  John is trustworthy and reliable. He will do work on historic houses that others will not touch, like removing our flat asphalt garage roof to replace with modern waterproofing. He will not upsell more than you need.

  Installed leaf filtering gutters. Several months later noticed one downspout leaking and they came out to fix the issue within 48 hours. Taking care of customer after the job is done!
