The shingles on our roof were damaged during a thunderstorm and J&J had my roof fixed and waterproof in less than 24 hours of the damage occurring. Response time was amazing, customer service was great and they left the place spotless, you’d never even know they had been there. Can’t recommend enough, thanks J&J!

JandJ's Team just happened to be in Mount Albert servicing another client and was kind enough to leave a message that some of my shingles had gone likely after our rain storm in July 1 2026 late afternoon. I immediately reached out to them and they returned no questions, professional and courteous. And just like that...they were done and our home is ready for next rain storm with no worries Thank you Brandon and Team Deborah

Honestly couldn't be happier — Jake and his team are solid. We brought J & J in to sort out some roof leaks after the last heavy rainfall. Showed up right on time, kept the place spotless the whole time they were here, and checked in with me throughout the day to let me know how things were going — which was a really nice touch. The thing that really impressed me though? When they got up there, they noticed the previous company had done a poor job installing the shingles. They could have easily just fixed what we asked and left, but instead they went ahead and made the extra repairs on the spot — no extra charge, no fuss. Just good people doing the right thing. If you're looking for a roofing crew that's honest, tidy, on time, and actually takes pride in their work — give Jake and his guys a call. We'll definitely be using them again for any other work we need doing on the house.

Really happy with J&J's entire process. From the initial online web consultatiuon, through the drone accessment, multipage pdf proposal and final application and clean-up, they really came through. All at an extremely competative price and 12 month 0% financing! They even repaired any loose or damaged shingles and cleaned my eavestroughs before spraying. My roof looks great and I know it will last another 7 to10 years before needing replacing.
