Contacted the company to transfer a warranty on the roof of the house we just bought that is still covered for another 5 years. At first we sent an email but after 2 weeks and a reminder without a response we decided to call. Mentioned an issue with a leak near the chimney that was discovered during inspection. The man on the phone was extremely rude, said that we're inventing problems, the roof is in good condition (without knowing the address, seeing photos or checking when the work was done or by whom). He said that he can charge us $500 to come and "waste his time" to take a look at it. He refused to provide an email address for us to forward photos from the inspection or any further explanations. He finished the conversation with "I don't do roofs anymore".

Poor communication, a complete lack of professionalism in the estimates. We have no idea about the quality of the work because we were just dumped four days before the work was supposed to start.

Great job! I had the section of roof repaired where a chimney used to pass through the roof on the side of the house. The guys removed all traces of the chimney and made sure the repair wasn't just a piece of plywood, shingles, and pitch... They made sure everything was seamless, and it looks like the roof had always been like that! Really well done, on time, and efficient.

The only concern was the entrepreneur's very young age. But quite the opposite: Toiture L.R. is the best that youth has to offer. Friendly, courteous, and professional.
