  Installed our gutters but installed two of them improperly so that the water runs away from the downspouts. Called them many times to correct this but they never came to correct the problem and wouldn’t return phone calls. The excuse was that they are really busy but it’s been 1 1/2 years now. They got their money so obviously didn’t care. Never again.

  Over 4 months since we gave the go ahead to install gutters, down pipes and leaf traps at our home. We are STILL waiting, with no communication from the company, unless we make repeated calls (we've only had replies twice since, always telling us that they aren't at 'us' yet). This is frustrating and is providing poor customer service. There's no reason they can't provide updates periodically, even if their work is weather dependent. It would give customers assurances about what's holding things up, and that their business is valuable and they are not forgotten. Very disappointed.

  I used this company years ago. I found out they use the flavor of the month for installers. The roof still leaks and after multiple inspections from other contractors. They all said the wrong flashing was used. Irwin came out multiple times to try and fix it but it still leaks in multiple places today.

  I needed two downspouts added to redirect water from the patio. Dave and Matt were excellent - very courteous and efficient. Even though this was a small job they tackled it with professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with Irwin Industries and would recommend them.

  My gutters were replaced by Irwin about ten years ago, when I recently had a problem with a leak, serviceman Shane came immediately and expertly fixed the problem with no fuss.

  Irwin's crew have replaced all downpipes and leaf traps on 14 strata units. Dan was great, giving very good quotes on a complicated layout. Angelo and John did an excellent job. They were friendly, on time, on budget, and all owners were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Irwin Industries.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Irwin Industries and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the outset, they scheduled us in quickly and stayed true to their promised timeline-a rare and appreciated quality in any trade. The roofing installers were polite, professional, and genuinely great people to have on-site. As an engineer, I pay close attention to the details, and I can confidently say the workmanship was a solid 10/10. The fit and finish were excellent, and the quality of materials used met every expectation. Each day, the crew cleaned up thoroughly, leaving our yard tidy and fully usable. The entire job was completed efficiently within 5-7 working days, which is very reasonable for a roof of our size. The gutter installation was equally smooth-quick, clean, and it looks fantastic. Even the warehouse staff deserve a shoutout-they were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work completed and would absolutely recommend Irwin Industries to anyone looking for quality roofing and gutter services.

  I'm 100% satisfied with my new steel roof. The team at Irwin (Ron, Jill, and Abdul) were always helpful, courteous, and professional. From determining what type of roof to get, picking the colour in the showroom, to the work done on my home. I ended up adding solar panels afterwards which was very efficient (using mounting clips on the roof seams) and all looks great. Everyone on my street is now jealous!
