  Avoid doing business with Jean Lafortune, who is extremely arrogant and a loudmouth. Choose anyone else.

  Whatever you do, don't do business with this company. It hasn't changed over the years, as I can see. This company doesn't honor its warranty. Don't offer a 10-year warranty if you're not going to honor it.

  They installed my roof, and three years later there's been a lot of water damage. When we ask them to honor the warranty, it takes over a month before they come to do the repairs!

  Avoid doing business with this company if you don't like trouble. They lied to us from beginning to end and didn't keep their promises (fake 50-year warranty, breach of contract, failure to use the materials specified in the contract, false promise of photos showing the work completed, the secretary came to collect the money before the job was finished, the installer didn't complete the work, and so on). The installer insulted and intimidated me for the three days the job lasted, without any valid reason. He forced me, under duress, to sign a document stating that the work was compliant when it wasn't. As a result, six months after their work, I have a gaping hole in my roof. We sent a friendly letter followed by a formal notice, but they ignored everything. I have no choice but to take legal action and pay another contractor to redo the work. In short, I will never do business with IRQ again.

  Following water damage caused by their roof repair work, I had several problems with them coming to fix it, and I never received any reimbursement for the resulting damage. I had to go through my insurance company to get compensation. Mr. Lafortune (manager at IRQ) has never provided adequate after-sales service (rude, threatening, etc.). Do what you want, but for me, IRQ is "NEVER AGAIN"!!!

  Good service, no problems at all the whole time. They took the time to explain everything and kept their word. I recommend !
