  Siding was done less than a year ago and pieces are already fallen off ☹️ called and he told me he would be here to fix five different times with no-shows and lots of excuses 🤬 Finally had to call somebody else to fix. Hopefully this helps …

  Hi Tommy! We are so sorry that you feel you had a bad experience. Our records showed that you called Brandon on Friday the 14th to let him know about the issue and were communicated with almost daily on if someone could break free to come take care of the project. We do try to prioritize everything accordingly and maybe mistook your fallen piece as a lower priority than the full replacements we have been dealing with due to recent storms and a small company staff of 4 people. With a small staff, multiple projects going on, and rain this past week, we were unable to get to your project as immediately as you had preferred. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you can forgive us for not being able to make it this week!

I recently heard of your project after months of battling with your previous project manager who left us to start his own company and left several of our clients in the dark which we have been finding to be several of you.   I’m not sure why we didn’t receive the same service as everyone else but we sure didn’t. We came to Iowa Legends because of their reputation. We had an insurance claim for water damage to a downstairs bathroom. Aaron came out in December 2021 and looked at the project (as well as several other projects). We signed the estimate in early February (took that long to put it together) and patiently waited our turn. Early March, we were repeatedly told, “We’ll be out next week, it’s a 2-day job”, and nothing. March 15 they got started and sent a contractor they’ve never worked with before. It was a nightmare. Nothing was taped off so our entire house was filthy with drywall dust and the end product looks worse than it did to start with. It was a 4-day project and we reached out to Aaron several times by phone and text to explain how bad it was. Aaron repeatedly told us he would send his “best guy” out to fix it. More phone calls and texts and then we met with Garry in the office to express our concerns. More empty promises and here we are the end of May with no resolution. At this point, we’re done. We will find someone else to fix their mess. This process has been beyond stressful. The first pictures are the sloppy work, followed by the mess left behind. It’s worse in person. Definitely not quality work and their customer service is terrible.

  Iowa Legends replaced my roof and I am very satisfied. Nick, the salesman, was extremely friendly, and was on top of the project during the installation. The roofers cleaned up and left no mess. I will consider them in the future.

  Hired Iowa Legends to do my new siding and gutters. They did a phenomenal job considering the weather conditions. They crew worked diligently and was in and out quickly. I am very happy with the finished product and my home never looked so good! Highly recommend Iowa Legends.

  We are so happy with our roof and the customer service we received from Josh and his team! I really appreciate the thoroughness and time taken to clean up the yard since we have two little ones. The final product looks great, and we will definitely go to the Iowa Legends for future projects!

  Iowa Legends has been the best contractor to work with. They are extremely responsive. Josh helped us decide which shingles were best for our home and got everything lined up perfectly. Their crew showed up today and replaced the roof. You can't even tell anyone was here, well except for the amazing new shingles. Even our neighbor said it looks great!

  Josh and crew at Iowa Legends are awesome! They have been nothing but professional, honest and reliable! We were working with them before the deracho hit in August and they have helped us through that and also helped with insurance! Josh has always answered my questions no matter how silly they may seem! Highly recommend this company!

  Iowa Legends Roofing & Remodeling was very easy to work with. Josh and Carson listened to our concerns and provided us with a beautiful new roof. We love it! Josh worked closely with our insurance, alleviating a lot of our stress. From beginning to end, starting early in the morning and working until after dark, the crew made sure they left the job site picked up at the end of each day. When the roof was completed, they took great care cleaning the entire area. Thanks to the entire team!

  Two jobs done by Iowa Legends have met above standard (A+) completion. Will be hiring again for our next project. Iowa Legends custom finished 800 sq.ft. of basement and did a bathroom for us. We are very happy with our new space. Well done guys!

  Nick did a great job on helping us decide what product to use and what color to go with. He also did a great job with communicating the status on things. The company did an excellent job with our roofing project. It is an added bonus that we helped the CARSON KING FOUNDATION by using this company for our project!
