Integrity Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for Integrity Exteriors.

Stay away from this company!!! Chris repaired the roof of my addition with a sealant almost a year ago 2/2025 and within 11 months it started to leak again. He promised to coat it again within 10 years as stated on the signed quote. He did not keep his word. I called him as soon as it started leaking on a Friday and he said he would come out Monday to get the snow off and tarp the roof. I tried calling him that Monday and the call would not go through. I tried for the next two weeks, same outcome. It seemed to be that he blocked my phone. Several issues here: 1. He blatantly lied to me saying he would help me and take the snow off the roof and tarp it to prevent serious water damage from occurring. 2. He blocked my number. I was not aggressive or rude when I called him with the issue. No honesty or integrity. Does not stand by his work.

Chris came out and looked at roof damage and gave quote. The quote was reasonable. Work was done once weather permitted and did a great job. Professional. Cleaned everything up after.
