  We recently had our siding replaced by Infinity Exteriors, and I want to start by giving full credit to Amanda, who came to measure, and the installation crew. Amanda did a superior job, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure everything was understood from the start. The crew worked hard, fixed every issue we noticed after the siding was installed (including details around the chimney and windows), and showed great attention to detail. They were courteous, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Unfortunately, our experience with the project manager, Mike, was very disappointing. From the beginning, his communication style with both his crew and with me was unprofessional. He would show up to the job site briefly each day, give orders to the workers without so much as a “please” or “thank you,” and seemed to treat them more like machines than people. After the siding work was completed, I contacted him directly with a question and instead of responding to me, he would only communicate with my husband, even though I was the one handling most of the follow-up. When I requested a specific repair on a window and clearly asked not to simply apply caulk, he sent someone who did exactly that. I had to request the work to be redone, which caused unnecessary delays. The most frustrating part was his dismissive attitude toward me as the customer. After our initial review of the work, it felt like he was no longer interested in addressing our concerns, and I could only get answers when my husband was involved. To be clear, Amanda and the crew did outstanding work and I highly recommend them. However, if I had the opportunity to do this project again, I would request to work with a different project manager, as Mike’s lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to engage with me as a customer made the experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

  Got a few quotes for a roof in the 30k range, told this company Id been quoted in the 50ks. They quoted me 51k. They charge “ 552 a sq for labor alone” Competition charges same price all inclusive. Wouldn’t recommend

  We had Mike come out and give us an estimate for a skylight replacement. He needed to come multiple times for different photos because the ones he took weren't good enough. Then, he said we would get a call from someone by the name of Shawn to move forward. We've called him about 4 times now with no answer, and after a few weeks, they seem to have totally forgotten about us. We've had a broken skylight for a month now and had our time totally wasted. Don't waste yours and hire a company who actually wants your business. Update for whoever replied from the business: there is no need. We have already moved forward with another company and have a date scheduled for replacement. They were consistent with their communication and took half the time.

  We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience. Mike stated it would be a 4-6 week time frame before the window would be installed when making the decision to choose Infinity Exteriors as your contractor. It has been less than 3 weeks since that decision was made, making it still within the 4-6 week time frame that was given. The measurement software couldn't get the best pictures, and to ensure we have the correct and proper measurements, Mike came back to take them. Mike has been in touch with Brittany throughout this process and has since left a message regarding the skylight being received and the best time to schedule the install. He is still in the process of scheduling and installing the skylight within the agreed upon 4-6 week time frame. Please call Mike or the office at 847.565.2622 for any further questions or concerns.

  I highly recommend using Infinity Exteriors. Who knew one estimate for a single window replacement would lead to our roof being replaced too?! Tom F gave us a thorough explanation and choices for the 38 year old garage window when he came out for the estimate along with a good price. Other companies wouldn't even come out for a single window and I had to send photos to get a quote. Because Tom was so professional and knew his business and his truck mentioned Roofing, I asked him if he would take a look at our roof. After inspection and showing us photos of just how bad the condition of our roof was, we went ahead with both projects. There was no "hard sell". Tom is a true asset to your company. Tom told us Padra would coordinate everything and Mike K would be our Project Manager. Both did an outstanding job. Padra kept me informed of when the materials would be coming and when the jobs would start, to expect final pickup of remaining materials. Ian installed our window and did a great job, spending half a day without leaving a trace that he was here. There's now more light in the garage too from the design we chose with Tom. Because of the weather, our roof had to be postponed for a week. However the man who delivered all the roofing materials did such great placement of four pallets and more, we could still access our garage. The roofers to a man were amazing and such hard workers. Eduardo, Jesus, Jose, Victor, Homer, Gustavo and Samo were here the first day and hardly stopped for 14 hours! They accomplished so much, including the removal of a chimney that was no longer in use. Somehow the chimney removal hadn't been conveyed or noted. Thankfully, Mike K (project manager) was easy to reach and he had it taken care of. On the second day, Gustavo, Jose and Martin were here for another 14 hour day. The roof looked amazing and their cleanup was too. I also have to thank Alfredo and Gloria who helped Eduardo communicate with me and make sure we had a new fan working and

  Curtis from Infinity Exterior came out to give me an estimate on a roof for a mobile home that I own. He was very nice. Explained everything in great detail to me. You did not feel rushed and he was on time which I really appreciate he’s definitely someone you’d want working in your company. I am very pleased.

  We recently did 12 replacement windows and had a really good experience with Tom (Sales) and Mike (Project Manager). Tom was very thorough in his presentation and was able to answer all our questions and make us at easy with our decision after meeting with multiple companies. Our only hiccup was the crew getting sick on the day they were supposed to start, but after a couple conversations with the office and Mike we were able to figure out how to not have to wait an extra month for the install and instead get started the next day, which was 2 days before Christmas. The team was really professional and answered our questions as they finished the job and pointed out some changes that needed to happen. After the job was complete, Mike came back and explained the windows to us again and took any feedback we had around the entire process. Greatly appreciate working with such a seamless company that really worked to make sure our job was a success.

  If you are looking for a company that cares about their customers and also gets the job done right, then look no further than Infinity Exteriors. The sales process was easy and there was no pressure. After having 3 quotes this was the right service for the right price. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they got everything done before we got hit with a snow storm. I can't even begin to tell you how much support they have given me with working out issues my HO insurance. They have gone above and Infinity Exteriors beyond!   I did a complete exterior rennovation on my property that had the original siding, windows, soffets, fascia and gutters from the 1970's. Padra was my first contact. She took my info, set up an in person meeting with Tom Fasanello to determine my needs. He gave me several great options and I was easily able to select the option that best fit my budget. I was presented an estimate for the scope of work desired. It was clear and concise. Nothing hidden. At no time did I feel like I was trying to be "upsold". My direct project manager was Mike Keller. This is one hard working man ! Mike knows his trade, hands down. And regardless of how his day transpired, he made it a point to either text and/or call to keep me in the loop, from before the first window arrived till completion. He handled all aspects of the project, including permits and city inspection(s). The project finished up today. The house looks new, bright and modern! I could not be more pleased with the finished result. My house is no longer that drab, dark house from the 70's!! And when I got the balance, exactly what it was on the estimate. No " secret added charges" This group is honest. They do quality work at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any exterior work. Thanks to the entire team, Tom, Padra and Mike for a great job ! These are the house with NEW WINDOWS, VINYL SIDING, SOFFITS, FASCIA AND GUTTERS.
