  Apparently they leave it ‘in His hands’ to return calls for quotes because no one from their office did. Bad look and practice.

  Check the job before you brag on them. They done our roofing October of 2020 and we received a hatchet job for almost $7000.00 We never had a problem with water behind the gutter until they done the roofing job They used leftover drip edging and pieced it together on the end where you can see it.The drip edge over the gutters is a joke, and nails They'll tell you what you want to hear,I wish we had waited and let Langley Roofing do the job.

  First appointment they cancelled something came up, second appointment they no showed. I called the office and the lady said she would have the guy call us back, no call back. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend. There’s plenty of roofing companies out there that would love to get paid to complete a roof job.

  Their web site says roof repairs,they should take that off their site as I just got off the phone with them 6/27/23 and was informed that all they do is roof replacements !

  Rene, I apologize for any miscommunication on our part. We absolutely do handle roof repairs. However, with the amount of work we have scheduled, we are not taking them on at this time. We have had significant storms in our area and as we do every storm season, we are prioritizing full roof replacements only. Have a blessed day! Thank you and God Bless! -Amy

  Mrs. Fitzgerald, I wanted to say first and foremost that I apologize for any miscommunication there has been. Yes, you were 100% happy and satisfied with the repair we did and we greatly appreciated the review you left us! After we had spoke and discussed that you wanted us to come back out and look at some additional issues, I certainly agreed to come out and look at the other issues. Unfortunately, I contacted Covid and was completely out of it for almost 3 weeks. I battled with it daily, and to be honest with you, at one point wasn't even sure I was going to make it. After I was back on my feet and working again, this was brought to my attention and I tried reaching out by phone calls multiple times to you and your husband. I followed up phone calls and voice mails, with text messages letting you know what had happened and that I would be more than happy to come out and take care of things for you. I have not heard anything back from you nor your husband. No phone call, text message or any form of communication. We would absolutely love to come out and fix any additional problems going on with your roof, but cannot do so until you reach back out to us! Thank you and again, we sincerely apologize for this!   I contacted In His Hands Roofing for an estimate on my roof, and even though I ultimately chose another contractor, I wanted to leave a review because of how well they treated me. Jonathan was professional, honest, and straightforward throughout the process. He took the time to explain my roof's condition, discussed both repair and replacement options, and never made me feel pressured. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to answer my questions. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and courteous and responsive. While I went in a different direction for this project, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving In His Hands Roofing a call if you need a roof inspection, repair, or replacement.

  John and his crew where very easy to work with from the initial quote to the completion of the project. Everything was fully explained upfront and the crew was on time and very respectful to my family as they did their work. They cleaned up very well with us only finding 1 staple and 2 nails (both coming out of the gutter). I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.
