The roofing work did not meet my expectations. There were delays during the project, and some concerns I had were not addressed quickly. A contractor should provide better communication and follow-up after completing the job.

Jose was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning of the quote phase. He was very professional and responsive to my call and kept me informed until the end of the job. We are very happy with the work that he and his crew performed. He was competitive and worked seamlessly with Texas Windstorm. Imperial Crown Roofing removed the old roof and repaired the compromised materials including some eve, siding, and trim work with quality materials. They completed the work safely and cleaned up in 2.5 days on the main residence and well house.
