  Do not call me saying that you are going to charge my credit card "shortly" for $750. I have never done business with this company nor would I with a company who calls customers with a bizarre broken-up message saying that they are going to charge them $750. Tried to call them to correct their error. No response. Sounds like a scam.

  Maddox was amazing to work with. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and one of the clearest communicators I have seen in many years of owning a home. While he was finishing an estimate for my neighbor’s roof replacement, I asked if he could take a look at my roof, and he quickly provided a free roof inspection. He found that a previous contractor had accidentally driven several nails through the roof overhang, damaging the shingles and leaving exposed nail points. Gavin, one of the project managers, later trimmed the nails and sealed the holes at no charge while the roofing crew was nearby. I really appreciated how fast they responded, how clearly they explained the issue, and how carefully they handled the repair. Their team showed real skill with shingles, flashing, and general roof maintenance, and they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would gladly use them again for any roofing repairs, inspections, or upkeep. They do excellent work.

  Hustle Roofing Inc. did an excellent job replacing our roof, which was more than 20 years old and clearly needed attention. Like many older roofs in Laguna Hills, a few tiles and shingles had started coming loose, and after the recent rain we were concerned about possible leaks and worn areas. We had also heard good feedback from neighbors who had their roofing work done and said the estimate was fair and competitive. I left a message over the weekend, and Tony returned the call promptly the next business day. He came by for an estimate and used a drone inspection to check the roof condition safely and thoroughly. We received the quote by email the same day, which made the whole process feel efficient and well organized. Once we approved everything, things moved quickly and the roofing crew was scheduled in less than two weeks. The team was polite, on time, and respectful throughout the project. They kept the work area clean at the end of each day and made the reroof process much less stressful than expected. We also needed to replace the metal chimney for our heater, and the worker who came inside handled it quickly and professionally. Tony stayed in contact during the job, explained any roofing issues they noticed, and made sure everything that needed repair was addressed properly. Replacing a roof is a big job, but the whole experience was smooth, clear, and well managed from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or roofing repairs.

  We met Gavin at a local home improvement event, and he was very friendly and helpful. Even though we only needed new gutters for our small ranch-style home, he was glad to come out and recommend the best option for our roofline and drainage needs. He explained the color choices, the right gutter size for the roof, and the best downspout placement to help water flow away from the house. From the first visit to the final installation, the whole process was smooth and professional. The roofing and gutter crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did an excellent job with cleanup when the work was done.   We hired Hustle Roofing inc. for a new roof, gutter work, and chimney repair. Tony was great to work with and helped fit the most important roofing repairs into our budget. The project got started fast, and the roofing crew was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and worked hard through the hot weather without slowing down. They paid close attention to detail, cleaned up small debris and nails, and took care around our plants and property. We felt very comfortable having the crew around our family, and the whole roofing experience was smooth and trustworthy.

  I had a very good experience with this roofing company. I had a leak in my family room, and Tony came out to inspect the roof and showed me photos of the problem areas, including a roof valley and several spots around the chimney flashing that needed repair. With more rain expected, he placed a tarp over the damaged section right away to help stop any more water from getting inside. The roofing repairs were completed quickly and professionally, and I was shown clear pictures of the finished work so I could see exactly what was fixed. Tony and Nicolas, the project manager, were both friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. They explained the repair steps in simple terms, kept me updated, and made the entire roofing service feel smooth and stress-free.   We recently had a new roof installed on our home, along with new gutters. I highly recommend this roofing team if you need work done on your roof or gutters. We had some unique challenges with a skylight and also needed all new plywood because our previous roof wasn’t installed or vented the right way. Gavin was very patient, answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire process. The roofing crew worked smoothly together and left our property spotless after each day. When they removed the old roof, they used tarps to protect our house and landscaping, which made cleaning up debris quick and easy. We also had problems with our gutters overflowing during heavy California rain. Gavin suggested upgrading to 6-inch gutters and adding another downspout, making sure everything was angled perfectly for drainage. Since the work was completed, even with strong rainstorms, there’s been no more overflow. Gavin really knows his roofing business. I would definitely recommend this company for any roofing or gutter needs!
