The first three are Google’s own figures for Home Pros, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the British Columbia roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Home Pros.

Saw the Facebook ad with free quote so I texted as we are definitely getting a new roof but sadly he wouldn't provide us with a quote. Promised twice via text to get back to us but he never did. I would have had more patience if he given us an explanation but he couldn't even provide that. - same number I texted you already.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Home Pros. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
