  You treated my cousin poorly, didn't act professionally at all when problems arise, maybe you have been in business to long and have forgotten how to act or talk to customers

  I would give them 0 stars if I could. The owner was rude and threatened me when I did not want to sign a contract. I am a senior and they tried to intimidate me. Horrible company. The owner would not let the representative leave. He stayed over 2 hours and I told him in the first 5 minutes I I was not interested but his boss wouldn't let him leave. Horrible company. Do not use.

  Hollier’s replaced my roof in 2017. There were defects found the day after completion. After weeks of back and forth they did send someone to fix the defects however this installer confirmed there would be additional problems because many nails were not driven all the way in. Their project manager informed me someone was going to fast and shot himself in the foot with his nail gun. Rather than working with me to remedy these problems, Angela Hollier yelled and berated me for complaining about their workmanship. After months I made the simple request that they fix the defects or give me a refund. This was followed by a call from a detective at the Maurice police department. Wayne Hollier has filed a complaint claiming I tried to extort them for a free roof (I had already paid in full). The case was quickly dropped because an upset consumer is not extortion (read black’s law dictionary our the Louisiana criminal code Wayne!). More problems followed. The vent for my gas water heater was directly connected with no hood which lead to the burner going out. It could not simply be relit so I incurred charges from a plumber and minor water damage to get the unit running correctly. The most dangerous discovery in my opinion was that the vent for my gas furnace was installed upside down. I suppose their workers missed the big arrow and couldn’t read the large stamp “this side up.” I filed complaints with the attorney general, BBB and the state board of contractor licensing. Hollier’s responses were incomplete and deceiving which led to no resolution. My attorney sent a demand for reimbursement of the (about) $200 I had paid to fix the water heater and furnace. Angela called my attorney and said they weren’t responsible, were never notified and given a chance to fix it and would not be extorted. They were notified but failed to return my calls numerous times. I even stopped by their office and left photos showing them mistakes earlier but nothing. I felt hor
