  This is a late review but last year I contacted Hixon’s roofing to come out and give me an estimate for building a roof to hang over my Side of my house for the back porch along with posts and concrete. The guy said that he could do it so I said if you write me up the numbers, I’ll look at it. I did approximately three follow up emails asking for the price and some sort of information about it and was completely ghosted. No follow ups no calls no nothing. The guy did come out and do some measurements, but after that I was completely ghosted. Still need it done if this company will reach out to me.

  We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the frustration. Our sales rep did reach back out and explained that this type of project was outside of our normal scope of work. We should have communicated that more clearly and in a more timely manner, and for that we apologize.

  They did a gutter job for us. It was not done correctly. We contacted them by email, by phone and by text and we were unable to get them to remediate the problem. As a result, we would not recommend them. Very unprofessional and poor customer care.

  Roof looks good, but could have been handled better. You're guys ran out of shingles as they need neared completion and the man overseeing the crew was not able to get rest need to complete job that day. He started that they would be back out the next day, Friday, to complete the job. They did not, they came and picked up their dumpster and that was it. I waited until 4:30 in the afternoon for someone to call or show up before I called you find out what was going on, of course I had to leave a message. I did get a call back about 20 minutes after and the crew foreman was surprised it had not been finished and that someone would be out, without saying when. I was left with a partially exposed roof and window eyebrow over the weekend as well as shingles laying scattered and trash around the yard. They came out that Monday and finished. No one called to let me know job was finished. Not once during or after the installation did anyone ever check to see what I thought, whether happy or disappointed and why. Even when I came to the office and paid my bill did anyone even ask how I felt about my new roof. Seems you just wanted the money.

  Hixon roofing replaced the roof on my home about 1 1/2 year ago costing 15k ,we have had leaks in the valley on one side of the house. I called several time trying to get the issues resolved. Finally they sent a repair crew out to fix it. The repair crew made a repair and the leak got worse in the valley. After further investigation we found out we paid for an ice and water shield that was suppose to be in the valleys on the home that was never installed. I contacted Hixon asking why they charged me for an incomplete job and if they were going to fix it. I received a call from Allen a sales rep telling me the 10 year warranty was void and they would not be fixing the valley. So I had to get another contractor to replace the entire valley on the home resulting in extra expense. Do not use this company the workmanship and personnel are trash they sub out their work and then do not warranty it if there is a problem. We will see them in court to get justice. I have spoken with several customers that have had the same issue as we had, overcharging for materials and not installing the product, ordering extra materials charging the customer and then using it on other jobs to make money off the job they just finished. STAY AWAY FROM HIXON TRASH COMPANY David Hixon would not return any of my calls. So be aware you are dealing with a POS company. The post below is a lie and will be submitted in court because the additional roof has nothing to do with the workmanship Hixon done on the main roof. The additional roof was not tied in to the main roof I have photos and documents to support this and Hixons did not complete their work and charged for materials they didn’t use. By the way we won the court case ,court was in July 24 !! They paid for the repairs done by the other contractors!!

  My new roof looks fantastic. I want to thank all the installers. It was extremely hot for them to be on the roof working and they did an excellent job in spite of the heat by working non stop. They cleaned up after they finished and you would have never known they had been here. Thank you again anagan Hixon Roofing.

  Whole process from estimate to final walk through took about a week. Very surprised at how professionally and thoroughly this job was completed. Sarah (estimate) and James (roofing crew) are to be commended. We have two or three severe thunderstorms with high winds and torrential rains and there were no leaks. I no longer have a roof with three make shift patches, I have a rood I can brag about. Thanks for your great effort. I definitely highly recommend Hixon. Your commercials now have special meeting for me because my roof needed fixin' and I called Hixon.

  Hixon’s crew showed up 15 minutes before their scheduled time and worked all day and night and removed and replaced our aged roof and two skylights. They did an amazing job and had it done in one day. Emory Watson- project manager was terrific.

  I was very pleased with the process of getting the roof on my house and shop replaced. Sarah Norton was my estimater and was great to work with and explained the whole process of cost and installation so well. She goes above and beyond to get to know her clients to make them feel comfortable with the job. I was so impressed with the overall experience that I had her meet my mother and have her roof replaced as well. Her customer service is great and very rare to come across these days.
