The first three are Google’s own figures for Hilstad G Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Alberta roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Lower than most — the typical roofer in Alberta sits at 3.2%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Hilstad G Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
9 more of the 9 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

super happy with this company. They were friendly and great to work with, the roof was well done and on time and the price was great and actually came in under the quote. I would highly recommend them!

Can't say enough about these guys. They came out the same day I called and had it repaired before others even called me back. All for a very reasonable price!

I would like to Thank Hilstad Roofing for coming back to clean up my Mum’s yard. The work was done on the neighbours place and some debris hadn’t been cleaned up in my Mum’s yard. Clark came the same day I emailed them about the issue. Thank You!

Greg and Clark did a roof repair for me and did an amazing professional job. Good to see family companies in the exterior business that are passing down professionalism through generations.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 22 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 22, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
