  This is only the second negative review I've ever written. They are extremely slow. It's been five months, we are looking for another company to complete the contracted work. Took over two months to get the roof on. They did a good job cleaning up everything, but they broke a window, and forgot about us. Last month I texted politely reminding them that we still need gutters replaced, and got snapped at because they don't have the supplies. I'm disappointed that we have to start over and find someone else to finish their job of replacing the gutters. I also now have to find someone to fix the window they broke.

  Very sorry entirely our fault. Offered to pay for 3rd party charges to repair roof. we got Hundreds of calls following the Tornado. We deeply care about our customers.

  I got a quote for a repair on my roof and then never heard anything. I checked back and was told it would be "next week". A few weeks went by so I checked back again and was told it would be "next week". A month later I sent a message expressing my lack of confidence that the work would ever get done and never heard from them again. So, three months later, I finally hired another company who actually showed up and got the work done. When I explained my situation they said "oh yeah it was Heritage, right?" So, apparently this is not a rare occurrence. It happens often enough that other companies know them by this reputation. I don't understand running a business like this. Communication is so important in letting your customers know you care about them and you value and respect their time. Repeatedly setting expectations and then no-showing causes customers to completely lose trust in your company before even getting the opportunity to see the quality of your work. It's so disappointing because other reviewers obviously had a good experience. Anyway, long story short, if you want an amazingly low quote call Heritage. If you actually want the work done, call someone else.

  They came out and gave me a quote and I asked them to proceed with the work. I asked when they would complete the work and they said the following week... The following week they didn't show up. I texted and they said it would be the following week. I asked when and they said the beginning of the week. Next week came and no one came by. I called, they said someone came out and fixed it. I said no they didn't, i work from home and no one came by. The guy in charge said he would come by.... He never did and its been over a month. Don't recommend them...

  Great people, I've never had roof work done before and they made it easy walking me through all the steps. Any time I had questions they were quick to respond. Thank you for all the help you don't know how much it ment to my family and I.

  Took them a little while to get a quote to me. But they were very reasonable, and they did extra work on the roof, that I didn’t expect. Really nice guy that runs the show, so I’d definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a roof.

  They did what appeared to be a good job installing my new roof. However I had an issue with raccoons trying to get access to my attic by tearing off flashing that was not attached in any way. The only thing holding it in place were the shingles. I tried for over a year and a half to get them back to repair the damage but they kept putting me off over and over again. I finally hired a contractor to make the necessary repairs and attach the flashing correctly. They said that had it been a warranty issue they would have responded much faster. In my mind unattached flashing is a warranty issue.

  Ben Adams was our contact with Heritage and we just loved working with him! It’s not common to have the professionalism, follow up, and a person you can tell actually cares about your home and how the work is done. I would highly recommend Heritage Roofing and ask for Ben.

  Ben was very helpful and was here when the insurance adjuster was here to make sure everything was covered that needed to be done. He did not want any money up front and wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he didn't hesitate to answer any questions or concerns I had.
