  This was my first time as a homeowner dealing with a full roof replacement, so i had a lot of questions. After the insurance adjuster reviewed the storm damage, i was told to start talking with roofing contractors. I spent time checking online reviews and comparing several roofers before making any decision. My first call ended up being the right one. jay responded fast, came out quickly, inspected the roof in detail, and even got up on the house himself to check the problem areas. He also put a tarp over the section that was leaking to help prevent more interior water damage. He clearly explained the insurance claim process, payment details, the expected timeline, the estimated cost for the new roof, and the shingle options. He answered every question in a simple way that made the whole roofing process much easier to understand. After meeting with other contractors and looking over all my choices, I felt the most confident moving forward with this roofer. The installation was completed smoothly, the crew showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and the finished roof looks great. The whole project went just like jay said it would, which gave me real peace of mind. In a time when it can be hard to know who to trust, it was refreshing to work with a roofing team that did exactly what they promised. todd was professional, honest, and thorough, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. We have plenty of strong storms, heavy rain, and summer heat in TN, so having a solid new roof installed the right way matters a lot. i highly recommend this roofer for anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

  We looked at several roofing contractors before choosing one in Lebanon. When I met Todd and Jay, they were friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. They listened to our concerns about the roof and explained the roofing work clearly. They really went the extra mile, and everything they promised was completed the right way and on time. They made sure we were fully satisfied with the whole process. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the roof replacement, and there were no nails or debris left in the yard. Our new roof looks beautiful and has really improved the look of our home while giving us peace of mind for Tennessee weather, sun, and heavy rain.   We just had a new roof and gutter system installed on our home, and we are extremely happy with the whole experience. Todd was our main contact from the start and made the entire roofing process simple and stress-free. He stayed available for every question we had, checked in with us often, and even stopped by the house to make sure the job was moving along smoothly. Jay was also a big help and worked closely with Todd while dealing with the insurance adjuster, which made things much easier for us. The crew was professional, respectful, and did solid work from start to finish. Our new roof looks great, the gutters were installed neatly, and everything was cleaned up well after the project. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof and gutter work.

  We had leaking gutters and overflow during hard rain, so we had the gutter system and roofline trim looked at. Because the gutters were old and a lot of the fascia behind them had started to rot, we got a few estimates. Evan did a careful inspection and explained the best fix clearly. He recommended PVC to replace the damaged wood, 6-inch gutters in the heavier drainage areas, and standard 5-inch gutters on the rest of the home. The estimate took a little time, but it was fair and much more detailed than the others. Since they also handle roofing work, they understood how the gutters, fascia, and roof drainage all work together, which gave us extra confidence in the plan. Communication was strong from start to finish, the crew showed up as scheduled, and the installation was done with care. During the follow-up walkthrough, Evan noticed a few small items that needed touch-up and made sure they were handled properly. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. The project was not the cheapest or fastest, but the workmanship and care made it worth it. After the job, we noticed one small area where water was getting between the gutter and fascia. We reached out, and the crew came back quickly, found a section that needed additional sealing, corrected it, and checked the rest of the gutter system as well. We appreciated how fast they responded and how seriously they took making sure the gutter and roof drainage system was working the right way. I would gladly call them again for gutter or roofing work.
