Trying to call, and complete our agreement. Call goes straight to voicemail. Already paid you sir.

Never showed up to replace the roof, gave excuse after excuse. Mr. Cerda cashed the deposit and stopped all communication after several weeks of excuses of why he hasn’t started the project. Never got the money back.

Communication was horrible at best. My roof still leaks since this was installed a couple years back so I have to be patching up after their work. Not no mention the damage in my interior of house. One of the vents is it even connected correctly.

The gentleman with HBC roofing is a nice guy, was honest about his pricing, and knows what he is doing about roofing. …

He did some work at my house, now water is leaking. I contacted him, he said it was under warranty and asked me to send him photos. I sent him the photos and now he's not answering my messages or calls!

He owes us money and refuses to pay. He doesn't answer calls. He doesn't offer a solution.

I asked for the roofer to give me something in writing indicating the life expectancy of roof, but he refused.

Mr. Leonel Cerda of HBC Roofing was supposed to do a job, and after receiving a $3,500 deposit, he decided to charge an additional $1,200. The job was canceled, and he kept the $3,500. He made a thousand excuses and doesn't answer calls. He doesn't have a business address where we can find him, and he refuses to return the money. It was a truly terrible experience with this company and with Mr. Leonel Cerda. Stop making excuses and return the money!

Great and open communication. Repaired my roof that had suffered wind damage. Great price for quality work and material. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Prompt, professional, reasonably priced, high quality, hard working, father / daughter duo. Even long after the work, three years, they went, and go far above, and beyond to assist. If undecided, choose HBC.

HBC roofing was amazing and I am very grateful for their service. I needed someone to fix a tarp on my roof as an emergency and they helped me out! They were up on my roof for about 30 minutes in the drizzle making sure that my roof was protected. I would absolutely recommend them! Very happy with the service!

I've known your business for over 10 years. You've replaced the roof tiles on two different houses for me twice. You're very efficient at your work. Highly recommended. Thank you, HBC Roffing.

Had a couple of shingles flip up after the storm. Called up Leo Cerda and he took care of it right away. True to their word, they don't just install your roof and leave you hanging, they take care of you after the fact as well. Thanks HBC Roofing.

HBC Roofing did a great job on my new roof. They were very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning up all of the roofing materials. They provided top of the line quality for a good price. The owner of the company knows his profession.
