Wish I could give a review on their actual craftsmanship. I can't though as all 3 times I called I was put on hold and then hung up on right after someone said "are you calling to get prices or setup an appointment?" I could barely get 1 word out after their quick question before they put me on hold and transfered me. 2 times the transfer just hung up on me. The 3rd time it went through and some woman answered with a company name that wasn't hayes roofing. Sounded like America something. I don't know as she spoke so fast and sounded congested I couldn't really understand her. Halfway through her first sentence I was hung up on for the third time. Done with trying to give them my business. Really baffling...

We recently hired Hayes Family Roofing Llc to replace our old roof and fix the gutters. The roofing crew arrived on time and completed the full roof replacement in just one day with solid workmanship from start to finish. A few days later, another crew came back to handle the gutter repairs, and that work was done just as well. Our new roof looks beautiful, the gutters are working properly, and everything really improved the look of our home in Rutherfordton. Jacob and Donovan were easy to work with, answered our questions, and made the whole process smooth. The crew also did a thorough cleanup after the job, which we really appreciated. If you need roofing or gutter work, I would definitely recommend them for great service and a fair price.

Jacob first came out to fix a leak on my roof and kept working through the issue until I was fully happy with the repair. My home is older and the roof has a tricky layout, so I appreciated the extra care and clear communication. Later, …

My mom recently had her roof replaced and, after comparing several estimates, chose Hayes Family Roofing Llc. Jacob gave a fair quote, explained the roofing work clearly, and was very professional from start to finish. We had to move the schedule a couple of times because of bad weather and a family emergency, and Donovan was very understanding and easy to work with. On installation day, the crew showed up on time and got right to work. It was impressive to see how organized and hardworking the team was. They spent the full day removing the old shingles, handling the roof replacement carefully, and making sure everything was installed the right way. The cleanup was also excellent, and they left the property neat when the job was finished. What stood out most was the hands-on service and strong knowledge of roofing. One of them stayed involved throughout the project, even getting up on the roof to help the crew and check the work. We also appreciated the drone photos of the roof before and after, which gave us a clear view of the quality of the completed job. We highly recommend them for anyone in Rutherfordton needing reliable roofing service.

after storm damage in Rutherfordton, we got a few quotes from local roofing contractors and chose Hayes Family Roofing LLC for our new standing seam metal roof. the staff was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to from start to finish. work started on time as promised, and donovan explained the roofing process clearly so we knew what to expect. we replaced our old shingle roof with metal roofing, and the whole job was finished on schedule with strong attention to detail. the crew worked carefully, kept the property clean, and picked up nails and debris at the end of the project. jacob also made sure everything was cleaned up well before leaving. now all we have is a beautiful new roof that looks amazing and gives us peace of mind during heavy rain and windy weather. i 100% recommend them for roofing work.

the roofing team was amazing. i spent months getting estimates and comparing options for our farmhouse roof, and they gladly walked me through each step of the roofing process in simple terms. even though their bid was not the lowest, i chose them for the standing seam metal roof job and i am very happy with how everything turned out. they kept me updated right away if weather caused any delay or if the crew needed to reschedule, which made the whole project feel organized and stress free. donovan and jacob were patient with all of my questions and made sure i understood the materials, timeline, and what to expect during installation. the workmanship looks great, the new metal roof fits the house well, and the whole experience was smooth from estimate to final cleanup. would highly recommend them for any roofing needs and i would absolutely use them again in the future.

This was the second roofing job they completed for us. The first was on our main home, and the most recent was for a rental house being prepared for sale in Rutherfordton. The first time, we compared several roofing contractors, and their quote was the best of three bids. Even better, the shingles, underlayment, and overall roof installation quality stood out, along with a strong long-term warranty. On the latest project, the older house had two layers of roofing, so it took extra work, but the crew handled it very well. Jacob reviewed the situation clearly and helped improve the roof system by removing a non-working attic fan and replacing it with a better full-roof ventilation setup. They also added new, wider gutters at a very reasonable price, which really improved drainage and the overall look of the home. Everything was completed in one day, which gave us peace of mind with changing weather. The crew worked hard, kept the job moving, and left the property looking great. My wife and I highly recommend them for roofing and gutter work without any hesitation.

We could not have asked for a better roofing and gutter experience from start to finish. Jacob clearly explained each step of the job before work began, which gave us real peace of mind. Donovan stayed on top of everything to make sure the project moved smoothly and even followed up afterward to confirm the roof and gutter work passed inspection. The crew carefully walked the house to map out exactly where the new gutters should go for the best drainage and protection. Even when rain caused a delay, they came back promptly to finish the work the right way. Overall, we are very pleased with the whole experience and the quality of the roofing service on our home in Rutherfordton.

Highly recommend Hayes Family Roofing LLC. I have used them more than once and would call them again for roofing, siding, door, and window work. I reached out about a small roof repair that my renovation contractor had put off for a long time, and Jacob responded quickly and fixed it at a fair price with no hassle. What stood out even more was when I called during a bad storm after water started getting into my attic. Donovan came out fast in heavy rain and strong wind, found the leak, and stopped the water from coming in before it could cause more damage. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress free. They clearly care about their customers, explain the work in simple terms, and handle both small repairs and urgent roofing problems with real skill. I strongly recommend them if you want dependable roofers who show up and get the job done right.

Hayes Family Roofing LLC was wonderful to work with. Jacob and his crew had done my father’s roof before, and now they handled ours just as smoothly. From the material delivery to the crew arriving at our home, everything stayed on schedule with no problems. They told us our two-story colonial roof would be finished in one day, and they got it done exactly as promised. We have three dogs, so we were especially concerned about cleanup after the tear-off and roof install. When the roofing work was complete, Donovan walked the property several times with the crew to make sure there were no nails, metal pieces, or other sharp debris left behind that could hurt our pets. The whole roof replacement process went very well, the workmanship looks excellent, and the new roof really improves the look of our home in Rutherfordton. We were so pleased with the job that we are also asking for a quote on replacing our siding.

The roofing crew did an excellent job replacing our old roof that was losing shingles and turning it into a strong, great-looking new roof. From tear-off to installation, everything was handled with care and professionalism. They also did a thorough clean-up when the work was finished, and even adjusted the cable lines so they looked neat and stayed out of sight. We are very happy with our new roof and the whole process. Jacob was especially helpful throughout the project. Whenever we had a question or needed something explained, he responded quickly and made sure it was handled. We compared several roofing companies before making a decision, and we truly feel we picked the right one. The new roof looks fantastic and gives us real peace of mind for the changing weather in Rutherfordton.
