  I’m not impressed with the level of service I received. From the beginning, there were signs of poor coordination. The scheduling kept changing, and I was not properly informed about the updates. This made it difficult to plan around the work. During the installation, I noticed that the crew didn’t seem very careful. Some parts of my property were affected, and it didn’t look like proper precautions were taken. After the job was done, I still had concerns about the overall quality of the roof. It’s disappointing because I expected a professional and smooth process, but instead, it felt disorganized and stressful. I don’t think the service was worth the cos

After looking into this, we haven’t been able to find any record of a project or customer that matches this experience.  We believe you may have the wrong company.   DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! You can anticipate on an estimate that is disguised as the contract. *UPDATE* Last week, the General Manager Ryan called, texted and emailed me after I stated that I did not want to be contacted. They were willing to pay for me to take my review down. They also mentioned that their legal team was getting involved and for what is still unknown. Out of ALL businesses that deals with roofing, DO NOT CONSIDER THIS ONE!

  Jacquita, We regret that you felt prompted to leave a one-star review. Our General Manager has attempted to reach you over the past couple of weeks in hopes of discussing your concerns directly, and we remain open to that conversation. Your interactions with our team do not reflect the situation as described in your review. You signed a contract approving our estimate and, approximately two weeks later, signed a change order adjusting that agreement. We were prepared to complete the finalized scope of work for you. We understand you ultimately chose not to move forward with the project and instead use the insurance funds elsewhere. However, there were real costs and work performed on your behalf up to that point, which required compensation in accordance with the agreement. While we understand that was disappointing, the amount charged was for services rendered and was ultimately agreed to and paid. We genuinely wish you the best and remain willing to speak if you would like to revisit the matter.

He truly had my back every step of the way, and his professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference.   We were very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The team was very professional, kept us informed of timelines, and communicated with our insurance. They left our yard very clean with out any trash. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

  Jason, Brad, and the entire Haven Roofing team are great people! Very knowledgeable, kind, punctual, answered every question that was asked, and answered calls text and help with any part of the process you need. Jason even took the time and had contacts to help ensure I got our roof done! They also reach out with any sort of inconvenience and very accommodating. Anyone who has roofing needs or an complete roof, I recommend Haven Roofing to all friends associates even coworkers. to any one who ask about roofing needs!   I can truly say …That I have had the opportunity to have the Best Complete Service from Haven Roofing and Exteriors…Every staff member was absolutely amazing…But I have to say…That if it had not been for Jason Golightly …I would surely not have a beautiful roof today… Jason walked me through every step of the process, never not one complaint…He was never to busy or tired… Jason is extra intelligent, knowledgeable, dedicated, dependable and yes patient…Very Caring about his costumers and the company. Meeting him and working with him has been a gift from Haven…I call him son!!

  Haven Roofing was incredible to work with! Jason walked us through every step so we know what was happening and what to expect. They truly all went above and beyond to say the least. If I ever have to have any repairs on my roof from storms or such; this is the first call I’m going to make. Thank you so much Jason and Brad and everyone else who made this such a great experience.

  I have fought with State farm i had four different contracts and every time state farm said no they dropped me then on top of that State farm dropped me but alone came Mr Gary from haven roofing and he said even though they dropped me I still have up to two years from the time I first put in a claim so we fought and every time they said no he still kept fighting rewriting until finally they said yes and now I have a new roof. Thank you Mr. Gary and Haven roofing

  I’m not gonna lie, when he first came to my door talking about my roof, I thought he was a scammer. 😂 I was VERY skeptical, so of course I had to do a little research on the company first. After checking them out, I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did! He told me he could help me deal with my insurance company, and he did exactly what he said he would do. After spending so many nights worrying, stressing, and even crying about how I was going to get my roof fixed, he came through and got me a new roof! I couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended! GARY IS AWESOME!!!!
