There are phone numbers on the side of the truck for a reason You could call the office and we would gladly help you out instead of leaving a one-star review about work that you never had done. Not even mentioning what job or where or which truck this honestly sounds like a review from another company that didn't get a job. I would gladly speak to you on the phone if you wish to call however you took the easy way out and left the crappy review instead of taking the time to speak to us like an adult. Just check your other reviews and you giving five other companies one star for random reasons what company do you own and why are you bashing other companies because you can't get any work?

Never called back or showed up!

Every call we take gets written down and checked off once called back. I do not see any calls that we did not return in the last 2 weeks. If you would like to email us at Hastings.Roofing@gmail.com with your name and information I can call you ASAP. or you can call the office and leave a message with our secretary or on the machine and we will call you back. Not sure why you message got missed but it is very rare that happens. I would like to make sure you are happy. Leaving a one star review without your name or calling back doesn't give me much information to go on.

What a wonderful company! I had an urgent roofing situation this winter involving a lot of ice and snow and Hastings Roofing was amazing! They came right away and worked hard, they were professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I will absolutely use them again for any roofing needs we encounter.

I’ve been using Hastings Roofing for 20 years. Consistently excellent service! They do the work that’s needed, and no more. Plus, the workers (when I’m home to see them) are courteous and attentive to any questions I may have.

What a great team! Their 9-man crew completed our 1600-square foot roof in one long day - about 11 hours. They worked with care and great attention to details. The job included removal of old shingles, installation of new underlay & …

Lou and his team were great to work with from beginning to end of replacing our garage roof. They coordinated with the building dept, got to work right away and more importantly were quick and cleaned up EVERYTHING! We have been using them for years to clean our gutters and happy we chose them to replace our roof!

Hastings Roofing just replaced our roof as we are preparing to install solar panels. The foreman, Dennis, was pleasant, knowledgable and willing to listen to our needs. The team of 10, which amazingly completed the install within two days, were courteous, professional, extremely organized and did an outstanding job with the clean-up. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to our neighbors.

Hastings roofing has restored our original 100 year Spanish tile roof to better than new condition. Their craftsmen are extremely gifted and knowledgeable in each task that is required. Copper flashing shaping, soldering, removals, safety, politeness, neatness, work ethic, promptness, friendliness, perfect re-installation of all existing tiles. Responses from the office and officers is fantastic. Field personnel and estimators are experts in their craft. There are fewer and fewer contractors willing to take on such an intricate project. We were only able to find two others that couldn’t compare regarding price or integrity or expertise. Look no further than Hastings and their staff. Yours truly the ILLUSTRATOS of Pelham Nanor.
