It's sad that people actually leave reviews on this. We do great work! Some people are entitled to bad days and shouldn't get a 1 star review for it.

I have used this company twice once for a plumbing issue and once for a roof replacement. I could not have asked for a more efficient, professional, friendly, polite group of people to work with. I won’t use any other company, but this one .Try them you will not be disappointed.

Hassle Free did a great job for several renovations/repairs for my outdated house. They replaced the roof, fixed the attic, filled it with insulation per specs, and replaced two 1st Fl. windows. The staff are friendly, courteous and reliable. I highly recommend them for a wide range of contractor work.

Absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with. They pay attention to detail and make sure everything is done correctly. They help you navigate the insurance process as well, which is a HUGE bonus. 100% recommend!!

That's what good people are supposed to get! Service standards have been lost, but not at HFC! Thanks for the kind words.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Hassle Free truly lived up to their name. They did an amazing job with the mitigation and containment of our water damage, installed beautiful new flooring, and fully encapsulated our crawl space—all with an incredible level of care and professionalism. From day one, their communication was exceptional. They walked us through every single step of the process, explained what was happening and why, and kept us informed the entire time. There were no surprises, just clear, honest updates and thoughtful recommendations. The team was thorough, detail-oriented, and impressively flexible when things needed to be adjusted. They were always easy to work with, responsive to questions, and genuinely focused on doing the job right. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such a customer-first attitude. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend Hassle Free without hesitation to anyone dealing with water damage, flooring installation, or crawl space work. Truly stellar service!

Amazing people! Austin, you are truly amazing. I went from anxiety out of the wazo, to comfortable and understand all that is going on with my house. You have been nothing but family towards me and treated me as such. We still got a get down to the bottom of this, but we are doing it together and as a team. If you ever have any doubts about the services hassle free provides, don't. They care about you and your well being. Phenomenal people and phenomenal service!
