  Very poor service. They came out to do a job, but after the next rain, we realized the issue we needed fixed wasn’t actually resolved — the problem was still there. Then they tried to charge us an unreasonable amount to come back and fix it. They sent someone who didn’t speak English (which is fine), but there was no proper translator provided. We had to call the company ourselves to try to bridge the language gap, and even then, communication between them and the worker seemed poor. Overall, I’m very unsatisfied with the experience.

  I called them last Tuesday because my bathroom roof was leaking. The appointment scheduled for Wednesday was cancelled, and they finally came on Thursday. The technician inspected the roof, took a picture, and said someone would call me later that day — but no one ever did. I called again on Friday and left a voicemail, yet still haven’t received any response. Very disappointed with their communication and would not recommend them to anyone.

  update: Its been darn near a year and never replaced fence door after removing from concrete job they did despit multiple contacts and dates it would be done. They also swore I needed "roofing repair" and "could get a new roof" but after it seems insurance denied, never heard back again despite me following up multiple times and sending Warren the paperwork. Half Price roof did an excellent job on a full basement finishing for me including bar, office/bedroom, living space and bathroom right before covid. Quick and efficient. Two years later no problems and still love it. Thanks Half price roof.

  Do not even consider using this contractor. They do not complete work,do not respond to any calls you make to them. They do not have a physical address where you could go to confront them. They have not responded to BBB on any inquiries.

  They did a very nice job for me and were very responsive to my needs! I would highly recommend. March 5th 2022. This is an update to my previous review. I now have a very bad leak in the skylight that they installed for me and I can’t get anyone to come fix or address the problem. Now I am having significant damage inside my house!!!!! Beware

  Definitely recommend their services! Response is prompt, respectful, courteous, and they appear to genuinely want to please the customer! I have used their services several times to date for roofing, siding, burst water pipes, and deck and I’m always satisfied with the results. Definitely recommend their services if in need don’t hesitate to contact them u will not be disappointed. Professionalism at its best!
