The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

My mom recently had the roof replaced, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was honest, trustworthy, and delivered exactly what they promised. They arrived when they said they would, explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, and made what could have been a stressful project completely seamless. The customer service was exceptional, and the professionalism of the entire crew was evident throughout the job. Everyone was courteous, hardworking, and took great pride in their work. Once the roof was complete, they thoroughly cleaned up the property, leaving everything spotless. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company that values honesty, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Grimsby Custom Roofing.Thank you for making this such a positive experience for my mom!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Grimsby Custom Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
