  Edit to owner’s response: This is definitely the correct Green Valley Roofing (my name is Libby K). It’s pointless for me at this point to reach out to the person I was dealing with (SC) as he chose not to respond to my 3 requests for an update. So I have moved on to another company. I was basically ghosted after spending time waiting for responses. I was very transparent that another roofing company had tried to file insurance claim and it was rejected. But they offered (I had not asked them to was just asking for a quote) to file again (in fact said they had a great track record for getting insurance companies to pay after other roofers had been unsuccessful). I said great if you’d like to try. Had good communication for a period of time. I then developed an interior leak and reached out 3 different times for an update as my situation had escalated. Never received a response. Needless to say, now going with another roofer. Very disappointing.

  John Lynch from from Green Valley Roofing was very friendly, professional and polite when he came to my house to talk with me about my gutters. There were two areas near my roof. that needed to be repaired. The men who came to my house to do the repairs did a great job. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done on my house and would not hesitate to call them again. They cleaned up the area after the repairs were completed. .If you need work done on your roof or maybe gutters don’t hesitate to call Green Valley Roofing. I’m sure you will be pleased with their work and their professionalism. I will definitely call them again.

  I reached out to Green Valley on Wednesday and my problem was resolved on that Friday. Clifton called me within five minutes of requesting service and arrived at my home 30 minutes after our conversation. Clifton was very professional, thorough, and provided comfort in a difficult moment. No more water leaking from my ceiling. When it comes to roofing needs, Green Valley is the way to go!

  Working with spencer was a great experience. He was super communicative and helped me understand the whole process .Crew was awesome, got everything done fast and on time couldn’t ask for more.   I reached out for hail and wind damage insurance claim that was denied on two separate occasions. The two claims were with different roofing companies. Not enough room addressing the aggravation with my insurance provider. I am very grateful that John Lynch was located at Green River Roofing. He is very thorough with communicating with the entire process. The work crew completed the removal and installation of roofing materials in one day. On this day, the temperature was 97. We need to think about the sacrifice with their working in the direct sun on top of a hot roof. Mr. Lynch is an asset to any position in the future with the work ethic and really does try his best to help.
