We are extremely pleased with the large roof replacement completed by Great North Construction. Eric was incredibly patient and accommodating, meeting with us several times to review shingle options and ensure we were completely happy with both the product and the final appearance before any work began. We appreciated the daily updates and photos, which kept us informed every step of the way. The crew was hardworking and respectful. They also took great care to clean up at the end of each day, leaving the property neat and safe. The finished repair exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing work. Professional, reliable, and committed to quality from start to finish.

Eric and his team were very dependable with great communication. They had replaced my evestroughs and the fascia. It was determined that some of the wood had rotted and they replaced that too. They were very hard workers, take pride in their work and they are determined to please their clients. I am extremely satisfied with their skilled workmanship and my house looks much newer now! I highly recommend Eric and his team.

Eric & George were highly responsive, professional and thorough in repairing our roof. We had leaks into our newly constructed sunroom. They quickly found the problem, provided options for repairs and completed the work as quickly as the weather allowed. They communicated all throughout the process, including pictures of the issues and of the fix. All in all we’re thankful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
