  I keep getting robo calls from this company even after requesting to be taken off lists and texting back "stop". At least 2 calls a day.

  We take concerns like this very seriously. We have been unable to locate your name or phone number in our system, so we can't verify where these calls are coming from. If they are from us, we absolutely want to make it right and ensure your number is removed immediately. We also want to clarify that replying "STOP" to a text message only removes a number from that specific text messaging program. It does not automatically remove a phone number from all possible calling lists or third-party systems. If you've asked our company directly not to call, we certainly want to honor that. Please give me a call directly at 419-715-1037. I'm the owner, and I'd appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally so we can investigate this and resolve it as quickly as possible.

  Charlie, after speaking with one of our senior managers, we believed we had resolved this misunderstanding. The original estimate was not the issue. Rather, the information you were later given did not align with what we had on file, and we would never expect the cost of a project like this to increase to nearly four times the original estimate without a clear explanation. The individual involved is no longer with our company, and we remain willing to honor the original estimate that was discussed. We've also made several attempts to reconnect with you since your conversation with our senior manager but have unfortunately been unable to reach you. Our offer still stands. We'd appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and get your project back on track.

  After repeated requests not to call they continue to call from various numbers after you block them. Never in a million years

We have also rechecked our system to confirm this. We respect all do-not-call requests and have strict policies in place. Based on our findings, we believe the calls you’re receiving may Not be coming from our company.   I’m appalled by the way this operation runs. They had really good reviews online, but then they sent their cell guy out. Talking about the highest price I’ve ever seen for a job. They were more than double anybody else had given on my house. And then he tries to say at the very end. Well we could look to see if there’s some ways to discount it, can we talk about like the Worst way to do business. I’m gonna take you from X and cut it in half to get you to where we should’ve started, but I wanted to make bank on you first. Companies like this is why consumers do not trust action businesses. That is not customer service that is stealing and hoping that you can steal the most money possible instead of offering customers an actual value of a good product. Companies like this should not be in business I would not do business with this company.

  scam callers do not trust. No matter what you say they will call you back and try to sell you a over priced roof you don't need. This company has now called me 3 days in a row even though i told them to put me on a do not call list. Pathetic!!!!

  In the last week, I've gotten about 18 calls from this company. The 1st few times I told them nicely, I will let you know if I am interested in your services. And each time I say that, they continue to ask about my roofing status. I have even gone as far as asking them to remove my phone number from their records. And again, they continue with their sale pitch. I have no idea how they got my phone number. The interactions I've had with them are similar to talking to an AI generated assistant phone caller. Even though I'm talking to a human from their company, they stick to and follow the script they are trained on. If a business continues to harass me, I am more unlikely each time to utilize their service. One of their representatives even went as far as to say they are rated high by the better bureau business. He said this after I told him it's a bad look to continue to call someone when they continue to decline your services. Im not discrediting their service, I've never had nor will I ever utilize their service. My issue with them is the methods they use to get customers. It comes off desperate, thirsty, and stalking like behavior. I will tell every person I know about this experience and insist they don't call them for a quota because I can guarantee you that once they have your number, they will not stop calling you. Very similar to Trugreen practices.

  We had our house sided and new gutters put on by great lakes and they did a fantastic job. Very professional from the sale presentation to the installation. Would highly recommend their services!!!

  Very professional from initial inspection through complete installation. Sales rep Mert was very informative and knowledgeable about the whole process. Would recommend using them to anyone that needs home repairs or remodeling

  This was a big project! New roof, new gutter system and new shutters. I would highly recommend Great Lakes! Everyone who worked o. This project was professional, punctual, har working and the clean up afterwards was wonderful! I am very happy with with the whole project.

  We had our soffit and fascia done. Work looks great. The crew did a very thorough job cleaning up the debris and explaining parts of the job to me. Very happy with the results.
