Inquired about a quote for something that their site says they do and when I asked if they provide that service the answer I reviewed was "not really". Not the first time I've heard of GM being unprofessional either. Move on to the next company, don't waste your time.

I emailed this company to inquire regarding soffit repairs or replacement (both listed on the website). The response I received was just “no thanks.” Two words. I would not recommend this company to anyone, based off of this interaction alone. Seems their customer service is lacking. I was so confused I even asked if this was the correct email address (again, received from the website), the response I got to that was “I don’t know.” Stay away, and pick anyone else for these services.

Great workmanship, easy to work alongside, took the time to listen to the customer and came through with all promises, I would highly recommend GM roofing to anyone in need of a new roof, soffit, eavestrough and facia!

I had Al and his crew replace my 40 year old steel roof. They did an excellent job! They cleaned up after they left each day and my roof looks great! I would recommend GM Roofing to anyone in the area. Thanks Al!

Al and Darrell are pleasant to talk to, and know what they are doing. Quality work done when they said it would be done I highly recommend them
What GM Roofing & Renovations says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Their site also states: insured, warranty offered.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on GM Roofing & Renovations. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
