I had a sunroom added and needed the roofing trim, soffits, fascia, siding, and gutters finished to match the rest of the home. After getting a few estimates around Union City, none of them really stood out. Then I contacted Garcia & Sons Roofing Company and had a great experience from beginning to end. The person on the phone was helpful and made the quote process easy, and James came out, explained the scope clearly, and gave a fair estimate. He stayed my main contact through the whole project and made sure the work was completed on time and done the right way. The crew was professional, worked neatly, and the finished soffits, siding, and gutter system look excellent and tie in well with the roofline. I was very happy with the communication, workmanship, and overall service, and I would highly recommend them.

I reached out for help after my insurance first denied my roof replacement claim. From the start, James arrived on time, inspected the roof carefully, and clearly explained how he would help with the claim. He took detailed photos of the roof damage, gutters, and related exterior areas, then prepared a thorough estimate and report for the insurance company. Because the documentation was so complete and professional, the claim was approved. Throughout the entire roofing process, James was courteous, patient, and easy to work with, and he answered all of my questions in a simple way I could understand. The team stayed in touch through calls, emails, and texts, and they were honest and dependable about every step of the job. I’m very pleased with the new roof and gutters, and the whole project was handled smoothly from inspection to final cleanup. The workmanship looks great, the materials were installed professionally, and everything was completed with care. I would gladly recommend this roofing contractor to anyone in Union City who needs roofing services or help working through an insurance claim.

After wind damage to our roof, we started looking for a roofing contractor for an estimate. Another roofer gave us a quote that was far higher than what the insurance adjuster thought was reasonable for the level of roof damage, and the …

Garcia & Sons Roofing Company was very easy to work with on a small roof leak around a vent boot. We thought the flashing or boot area was the issue, and their estimator came out quickly, checked the roof, and explained the repair in simple terms. They gave us a fair price range, scheduled the work fast, and completed a full vent boot replacement for a reasonable cost. The crew was honest about the condition of our older roof and said it still looked to be in very good shape with plenty of life left, which gave us peace of mind. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no scare tactics about extra roofing work. They showed up on time, handled the repair professionally, and made the whole process smooth. In Union City, it is nice to find a roofing team that is responsive, straightforward, and trustworthy. I can understand why they came recommended.

Garcia & Sons Roofing Company recently replaced our roof, and we are very happy with the whole project. James helped us figure out the scope of work, answered all our questions, and gave us several shingle options that fit our home and budget. The roofing job was scheduled quickly, and the crew showed up early to get materials in place while the old roof shingles were being removed. The installers worked hard all day, and Dwayne was there to keep the project on track and make sure any questions were handled right away. The roof replacement went smoothly, the workmanship was solid, and the clean-up was very detailed. In our view, the team was honest, professional, experienced, and truly focused on customer satisfaction.

This roofing company was excellent to work with. I’m a realtor, and my seller had roof leaks that needed a clear inspection. The home had solar panels installed, and the solar installer said they did not cause any roofing damage, but Dwayne came out, got on the roof, took detailed photos, and checked the attic with video documentation. During the inspection, he found damaged shingles and clear leak stains on the side of the roof where the solar panels were installed. On the other side of the roof, where there were no panels, there were no water stains. That side-by-side comparison made the issue easy to understand. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward this roofer was. They explained the roof condition in simple terms, backed everything up with photos and attic video, and helped show what was actually causing the leak. Their inspection was thorough, professional, and very helpful during the real estate process. This will definitely be my go-to roofing company in Union City for roof leak inspections, shingle damage, and honest roofing service.

We own a 3-family brownstone in Union City with a flat roof and skylight, and after a heavy winter storm we had a major roof leak that led to ceiling damage in one tenant’s apartment. We needed fast roofing help for both the exterior roof system and some interior repair work. I called a few roofers for emergency estimates, and as soon as James arrived, I could tell this experience would be better. He showed up early, was courteous, professional, and did a very careful inspection of the flat roof, flashing, and skylight area. He gave me a rough estimate right away and followed up the same day with a full quote, while other contractors took much longer. The pricing was very fair and competitive, and the timeline was the fastest we were offered. Because the leak had already caused serious interior damage, we needed the roof repair done as soon as possible. James adjusted the schedule to fit us in quickly for emergency service, which was a huge help. He said the crew would arrive at 9am, and they showed up exactly on time. Brody, Dwayne, and the rest of the roofing crew were respectful, hardworking, and careful with both the building and the tenant’s apartment. They worked efficiently, kept the jobsite clean, and replaced our old leaking skylight with a custom new one that looks great and fits the roof perfectly. We had done some research on flat roofing materials and waterproofing, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They used the right roofing products, improved a few materials at no extra cost, and made sure the roof was properly sealed and protected. They did not cut corners and completed everything they promised. We had to step out before the job was fully finished, so we trusted James to wrap everything up, clean the area, and secure the apartment and building. When we got back, we were impressed. The roof looked excellent, the repair work was neat and solid, and the inside looked spotless. The apartment and common areas were cleaner than we e

Garcia & Sons Roofing Company did an excellent job on my re-roof project for a 3-bay home workshop and the roof installation on my poolside fire pit cabana in Union City. I was very happy with the fair quote, the solid roofing workmanship, the clean job site, and how quickly the whole project moved from shingle delivery to final completion. The estimate clearly explained the roofing work I asked for in my bid request, and there was no pressure to add extra products or services I did not need. They kept me updated on the delivery schedule, start time, and each step of the roof work, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The crew was professional, easy to work with, and respectful of the property throughout the job. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them for roofing work.
