  I hired this company to make some small repairs on my roof. While the work initially seemed fine, no one notified me when they finished. Two days later, I used a drone to inspect the roof and discovered a missing shingle. When I emailed them a picture of the issue, they ignored me and simply resent the bill. Since I felt the job was incomplete, I sent the picture again, but received no response. I ultimately had to hire another company to fix the problem. I'm now planning to replace my roof, and I definitely won't be using this company. There are many better options out there—avoid this one.

  Mr. Hiep, we came out to inspect your leak, did a hose test on your roof and flashing and no water came in. We ran the hose on your cracked stucco and water came in. As we already explained to you, it is your stucco that is leaking. Also, you bought the GAF Golden Pledge warranty. The Manufacturer owns the warranty on your roof. I suggest that you repair all the cracks in your stucco because it is not your roof that is leaking. There is nothing we can do to your roof that would fix this problem.

  A storm blew my roof flap up and there was major water damage to two bedrooms. G Cannon Roofing put a new roof on. After that, both bedrooms had all new drywall, walls and ceiling, installed and were painted. Less than two years later I noticed water damage on the ceiling and wall of one bedroom. I called G Cannon and someone came out to take a look. I was told that the sealant around the chimney had come up. It was resealed that day, and I was told the sealant would have to be redone every couple of years. No one had ever mentioned continual resealing maintenance when the roof was installed. I also asked about the interior damage and was told that someone would get back to me. I received an email saying that someone would be out to do a “permanent fix” to the roof, but that they would not take any responsibility for the interior damage. I appreciate that they were very quick to respond and to fix the job they did on the roof, but I am left wondering why the “permanent fix” wasn’t done in the first place. I am also upset that I now have to have the ceiling and drywall in the bedroom redone and then painted, again because the new roof leaked, when the room was just completely redone less than two years ago.

  I made an appointment for an estimate but no one showed. When I called they said the person scheduled was not in on that day. How come no one took that persons appointments or even called to let me know after I waited for them. How can a business make money this way?

  Cannon roofing did an amazing job on my roof. They were professional. They were timely. They offer various payment options and they were very pleasant. If the need should arise, I will not hesitate to call them.

  The roof required some minor repair and maintenance. There were few shingles missing and few nail pops that needed to be addressed. The problem with roof repair is that, very few customers have the ability (or the desire) to climb the roof to check and see if all that was promised has been delivered. Only time will tell if things were done properly. Having said that, I'll say that the crew arrived as per schedule and finished the work in a relatively short span and cleared out any debris.

  We recently had our roof fully replaced by G. Cannon and overall had a very positive experience. Kevin and Anthony led a professional crew that worked efficiently on a complex, multi-section roof. What stood out beyond the core work was the little extras the crew took initiative on — things like adding gutter splash guards that were outside their contracted scope. Nobody asked them to do it; they just noticed it needed to be done and took care of it. That's a level of ownership you don't always get. G. Cannon has clearly earned their reputation — they've been in business since 1967 and it shows in how they approach the work. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quality roofing contractor on the Main Line.

  They came the next day to tarp my roof after a tree fell on it . I really appreciated how quickly they responded and they did a great job.
