  We highly recommend this roofing company. They installed a new roof on our home and garage, and both turned out great. The price was very fair, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They scheduled the job quickly and got the roofing work started right away. The crew was fast, polite, and professional, and they paid close attention to every part of the roof installation. The workmanship looks excellent, the shingles were installed neatly, and the cleanup was thorough when the job was done. We were so happy with the results that we also decided to have them handle new gutters. It was clear they know roofing, gutter systems, and exterior home improvement work very well. They made the project easy, answered our questions, and delivered quality work with great service. We will absolutely use them again for future roof repairs, gutter work, and other home upgrades.

  I was really impressed with Fonseca & Sons Roofing. I called for a roof estimate, and Brendan came out and walked me through the whole process in a clear and simple way. It was easy to see he knew roofing well and took time to answer my questions about materials, timing, and how the work would be handled. He let me know the job would likely start in about three weeks, and he stayed in touch during that time so I always knew what was going on. That kind of communication gave me a lot of confidence that the roof replacement would be done the right way. Everything went smoothly once the project began. The dumpster arrived right on time early in the morning, and the crew showed up ready to work. They worked steadily for three straight days and were polite, respectful, and very hardworking the entire time. The job site was kept organized, and the whole roofing process felt professional from start to finish. There was also an issue with our chimney, and Brendan took care of it right away. After the roof was finished, they rebuilt the chimney promptly, which really showed their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job correctly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, roof repair, or related exterior work. They were trustworthy, dependable, and went beyond what I expected. I do not usually leave reviews, but their workmanship, communication, and professionalism deserved to be recognized. I would gladly call them again for future home improvement work.

  Ross impressed me when he came out to give a roofing estimate. He introduced himself right away, pulled a ladder from his truck, and went up to inspect the roof in person. You do not see that level of hands-on service very often. He brought full-size shingles instead of tiny sample pieces, which made it much easier to compare the quality and understand the options. When we talked about replacing the vent pipe flashing, he also had real roofing material samples in the truck and clearly explained how the repair and installation process would work. After the inspection and walkthrough, I received a clear quote with fair pricing. On installation day, the roofing crew was polite, hardworking, and very efficient from start to finish. They protected the property, completed the work with care, and did an excellent cleanup of the yard when the job was done. The finished roof looks great, and the whole experience felt professional, honest, and well organized. I am very happy with the work.

  Updating this to 5 stars feels fair. Brendan, the owner, called me personally, sincerely apologized, and offered to make everything right. I truly appreciated that and would not hesitate to use them again for roofing and gutter work. The roofing crew deserves 5 stars. They were excellent—friendly, polite, hardworking, and very professional on the roof. The gutter installation also ended up being addressed in a positive and responsible way. They installed new 5-inch gutters with 3x4 downspouts, and after I noticed the downspout openings and a few support brackets needed adjustment, the issue was taken seriously and handled the right way. As a homeowner, I pay close attention to drainage, water flow, and proper gutter support, especially during heavy rain. I noticed some overflow and found that a few openings and bracket connections needed correction so the gutter system could drain the way it should. What stood out most was that they responded professionally and were willing to correct the workmanship concerns. In the end, I appreciate the customer service, the strong roofing crew, and the commitment to fixing the gutter details. That kind of follow-through matters, and it gave me confidence in using them again in the future.

  My husband and I looked at several roofing contractors for a full roof replacement because our old roof had three layers of shingles and really needed to be torn off and redone. After getting a few estimates, this roofer offered the best value and came in thousands less than the other bids. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the whole process was smooth and professional. Brendan and the crew were polite, respectful, and easy to work with. They completed the roof replacement in just two days, and the workmanship was excellent. The new shingles look great, the roofline is clean, and everything was left neat when the job was done.   I was very glad a friend recommended company: Fonseca & Sons Roofing. I had a roof leak in my home for a long time, and it would only show up during heavy rain and strong wind. A couple of other roofers had checked it before and said the problem was repaired, but the leak kept coming back after the next storm. Brendan came out, looked at the water damage I could see inside, and within minutes he was up on my steep roof doing a careful inspection. He came back down, explained that the leak was coming in around the chimney flashing area, and showed me clear photos of the trouble spots he found. It was easy to see Brendan knew roofing well and understood exactly how to track down a hard-to-find leak. He repaired the issue the right way, and I was relieved to finally have the problem taken care of. He was honest, professional, and straightforward throughout the whole visit. It is not always easy to find a reliable roofer who takes the time to inspect properly, explain the repair, and fix it correctly, so this was a great experience. If I ever need roof repair, flashing work, or a full roof replacement in the future, I would absolutely trust them again.   We recently had roofing, siding, windows, gutters, front porch, and stone work done by Fonseca & Sons Roofing, and it was a very smooth experience from start to finish. Brendan was honest about what really needed attention and never pushed extra work we did not need. He kept us updated throughout the job, explained the schedule clearly, and made sure we knew how each phase was moving along. During the project, Brendan also found some hidden rotted wood under part of the roofline and showed us photos so we could understand the issue right away. It was handled quickly and properly without slowing things down. We had very specific ideas for the look of the exterior, including the roof and trim details, and those ideas were followed closely. The crew was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their roofing and exterior work. Cleanup was done well, communication stayed strong, and the finished result looks amazing.   I worked with Ross over a while to sort out several roof leaks on my older home. The leaks would show up off and on during heavy rain, and because the house has multiple stone chimneys and a roof that takes a lot of weather exposure, it was not an easy issue to track down. Ross stayed on top of the whole roofing repair process, came back more than once to inspect problem areas, and kept me updated on what he found and the best way to fix it. He explained the flashing, leak points, and repair options in simple terms, which made everything much easier to understand. I really appreciated his honest advice, fair approach, and the care he showed in making sure the work was done right. In the end, the roof leak issues were resolved, and I felt confident that my home was protected. It was a great experience working with Ross, and I would be happy to use his roofing services again in Ramsey.

  fonseca & sons roofing installed five beautiful new velux skylights and handled a full roof tear-off and shingle reinstallation with real skill, clear communication, and respect for the homeowner. it was a complex roofing project, especially around the center chimney, and the flashing work came out excellent. the finished roof looks great, and several neighbors have asked who completed the job. we also had an older glass roof area that had leaked on and off for a long time, and it was transformed into a beautiful metal roof with three velux skylights. the whole roofing upgrade made a huge difference, improved the look of the home, and gave us confidence to use them again for more roofing work in ramsey.
