  I couldn’t get a quote. Monica called back a few days later and asked if I had anyone come to look at my roof. When I said “yes” she stated they do not compete with other companies and her company is competitive in price. How would I know such a thing?!? Obviously I got multiple quotes and offers.

  Hello Stefanie. We have very specific skill sets based on HAAG Engineering Standards and our own company standards. Our main focus is in assisting homeowners with legitimate storm damage claims. Secondly, we provide quotes when all data we need is available for cases where there is zero legitimate storm damage. In your case, the data needed was not available such as, age of roof, last permit pulled, underlayment type, tile brand, tile adhesion method. It requires a specific detailed inspection to know all these facts. Monica asked if we could go back and gather these facts and she was told no. Therefore, we cannot provide a blind estimate. While we do not engage in competing for jobs with other companies, it is not the reason an estimate was not provided to you. The reasons have been explained. Just so you understand, the reason we do not engage in estimate bidding battles is simply because 95% of our work is all insurance paid work in which case our client has already entered into a contract with us, they only pay their deductible, and the insurance company pays the rest. Hence, there is no bidding as it is a regulated legal process. The few times we do provide an estimate is when all facts, we as a company need, are available, and the customer has already researched who they want to work with and has decided it is us. For example, we have completed two homes in your neighborhood, two of your direct neighbors actually, one was paid for by insurance as we found storm damage and the other one we did not find any, provided an estimate and proceeded to get their roof on. We would be happy to provide you an estimate but we need all facts as stated and for that we need access to your attic and a physical on the roof evaluation which is more in depth than the preliminary drone inspection that Ms. Monica performed.   Our experience with Stephane from Florida Roof Restorations was very professional. Stephane went above and beyond to explain the process of replacing our roof. From the time he came to inspect the roof to the final stages of the roof replacement, his knowledge of the field made us feel more comfortable with the whole process. His credentials made it easier for us to work with the insurance company and getting a quick response from them. Stephane and his team were very patient and flexible with our time. Upon completion of the work, he continued checking up with us to make sure that everything was in the right place.

  Can not say enough about the service we received from Flroofrestorations. Stephane was always on top of everything. We were skeptical at first since it was a cold call on us, but all was done in a timely and consistent manner. The roofers that did the job were knowledgeable, friendly and left our home spotless.
