The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Flash Roofing LTD. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
3 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Chase came by looked at the work. He was prompt in getting a quote to me completely broken down so I could understand what was needed in material and the labour. He showed up to do the work as quoted. He ran into a couple issues which we knew may come up and be extra. The facia was damaged and rotting so had to be completely replaced. Chase was very fair in his quote and the add in. All together he was 1/3 of what the other roofing comping quoted did a great job. The other company basically ghosted me when I asked them for a break down. I would use Chase & Flash Roofing again if needed and highly recommend them. No gouging but honest reliable work.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Flash Roofing LTD. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
