The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Rude. I called and a woman answered. We don't do fascia and soffit unless we do the roof. Well it is in your website as one of the services you offered. Then take it out of your website. She just hang up while I was still talking.
Other reviews we hold
12 more of the 13 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Cannot say enough good things about how this team handled our historic home's roof restoration with genuine reverence for its original craftsmanship. Watching them research period-appropriate techniques before starting felt like they truly cared about getting it right.

For someone who knows nothing about construction, walking into that first consultation felt intimidating before it even started. Every question I asked got a patient, jargon-free answer that actually helped me understand the process.

Inclement weather threatened our neighborhood, but this crew worked tirelessly to make sure our home was completely watertight ahead of time. They sealed up every seam, secured heavy underlayment, and completed the installation without rushing a single detail. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find nowadays.

Just when we thought customer service was a thing of the past, this team proved us wrong. They took time to explain the difference in material warranties, helped us select a custom color that perfectly accented our siding, and completed a total replacement in under two days. The structural integrity and polished finish of our roof are unmatched.

Kindness toward our elderly parents during a stressful repair made this experience memorable beyond just the finished product itself.

Our insurance adjuster commented on how thorough the damage documentation was, which made the entire claims process far less stressful than I anticipated.

Stepping outside after the work was finished made me appreciate just how much the roof affects the look of a home. The improvement is obvious, and everything looks professionally completed. Every part of the experience was handled with …

A storm ripped several shingles loose, exposing parts of the roof deck directly to the elements just before another round of rain. They responded quickly, completing necessary repairs before the next storm system arrived and could cause …

Reliable service can be difficult to find, which is why I felt this review was worth writing. The project was completed on schedule, communication remained strong, and the workmanship looks outstanding. Everything about the experience felt professional and well organized. The roof looks great and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

We chose this company primarily because their quote was more affordable than competitors, but the quality of work still exceeded our expectations completely. The crew was skilled, courteous, and clearly experienced, handling every aspect of the job with real precision. It’s rare to find a company that doesn’t sacrifice craftsmanship for a lower price.

The roofers from First Roofing were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them. We had our gutters and roof resprayed and not only were they punctual and very hard working but they also paid attention to the finer details that others may have overlooked. Thanks again the roof looks fantastic.

We had this company do some ridge cap repointing and roof cleaning. As far as roofs go I don't know much, but all work appears completed to high standard and we look forward to a dry winter. Happy to recommend them.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 13 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on First Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
