We had water leaking into our home due to damaged/missing headwall flashing. Austin came out, seemed nice enough. He said they wouldn't be able to get it done for us until the following week at least, which was understandable. But, there was another rain/wind storm coming in just 2 days and asked if there was a temporary fix they could do or even tell us what to do so we could get the supplies and have it up in time for the storm. Austin told us they'd get back to us in a day or two with the quote for the work, and by that evening or the next day at the latest for a temporary fix for the storm. No call, email or anything from them for 2 days. I called back and left a message. Nothing. Storm came and went (which we thankfully set up a decent temporary fix in time). It's been 4 days and no communication whatsoever. Pretty much ghosted me. If they didn't want to take on a smaller job they should have just said it outright instead of wasting everyone's time.

We had our roof and windows replaced by Fairfield County Exteriors about 5 years ago. They did an excellent job on 95% of the project. We had one problematic window that leaked before the project and continually leaked for the next four …

I Would give zero stars if i could. My experience with this company was short and to the point. I contacted them for a proposal to get my roof, siding, and gutters replaced. In my conversation with Neil, he rudely and persistently asked …

"I am disappointed to hear that your experience with us was a negative one. We strive to provide our potential customers with a great experience. We also consider ourselves to be a top quality service provider and don't sell our company solely on price. After a professional and informative conversation, I realized that we were not the right fit for your upcoming project and wish you the best of luck.” - Neil

I recently had Fairfield County Exteriors strip & install roof/siding and replace windows/gutters. Their crew was accommodating and very hardworking. There was an issue with a small section of the siding, however, it was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. This was after the project had been paid-in-full, a true test of great customer service. Thank you FCE!

Their work was very professional and the price was even better. I had a small project of aluminum siding that came off my house and they were able to come and put it back in a timely manner. I definitely will use this company again!

Highly recommend Fairfield County Exteriors. I called Neil after noticing some blockages in a second floor gutter. Neil sent someone out immediately to take care of it. They did a great job and left no mess. I will definitely call them again.

Neil is the best!! A small window job that did require a bit of extra care. Neil and his crew were professional on all fronts! The crew arrived 15 minutes early, neat, worked well together, and pleasant. Keith and crew worked over 10 hours in the heatwave, my patio was spotless when they left. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FCE!!

Austin and his team were great to work with! Our house looks amazing and the whole process from start to finish was professional and affordable. They discovered and repaired rot we didn’t know existed. The house stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer with the new wrap and siding. We look forward to not having to paint again. We highly recommend Fairfield County Exteriors.

I highly recommend FCE. The FCE crew expertly installed Hardie siding, windows and a new front door at my house. I especially appreciated how FCE took the time to understand my priorities, provide various 3D design options and maintain excellent communications throughout the project. Neil and his team are experienced, trustworthy professionals who provide exceptional work at fair prices.
